Only bought a wash as good offer was on…

Only bought a wash as good offer was on (any wash for £5) Stopped using imo car wash as very often closed for maintenance which is not ideal when you have bought a wash and can only be used at a certain place. Also I nether seem to get the right pre wash, all depends on the attendant you get.
I most of the time don’t feel like I get what I pay for and come away unhappy and customer service is none exciting.
