Service great price amazing car wash however the blowers are rubbish and the wax sprayers missed the right hand side of the car it was shooting over to the left hand side of the car

IMO is a very quick and very efficient car wash chain. Nowhere is perfect, but they do pretty damn well for consistency.

Particularly the location at Hedge End Sainsbury's.

Queues were bad, otherwise a very easy car wash.

It was easy to follow the instructions.

Good price. Cleaning could be better

The operative, was appalling, at best monosyllabic in his communication.

March branch - Previous staff here used to do a fabulous job new staff shocking one. Guy little bit of a splatter of foam car came out with dirt dripping out from cracks where it hasn’t been jet washed properly.

Not cleaned properly, lot of shampoo remained after final stage

I thought that I would pay for the most expensive top level cleaning programme at £18 via my online pre payment to save me having to carry money with me to the car wash. Maybe my expectations were too high as I'm really disappointed with the process and finish. My car has dirty smear marks all over the car including the glass, as well as the alloys. I suppose the ceramic coating and under body wash is worth the £18 if I'm honest (I probably expected the automatic car wash to give me a better finish than I get with a hand car wash, IT DIDN'T,). I will use the car wash again in the future but I will mostly use my local hand car wash in future.

Great car wash

The price we paid for the package and service received do not match.

I paid for 4 ceramic washers it didn’t arrive in my wallet the lads tried everything to sort out but it continually asked for a stronger password no idea why so I had to pay full price for 1 wash which is on top of the fact the last two ceramic bundles iv paid for only gave me 3 not 4 washes the manager said his hands are tied and to contact yourselves…. Ridiculous

The operator is RUDE, unhelpful and his customer skills are ZERO! I won’t be going back to Worksop again, I will use the car wash at Rotherham where I work! I would not recommend your Turner Toad, Worksop site!

First time using this car wash and I thought, I've heard ok things about it, I'll give it a go and go for the full protection version "on offer" at £20
I pulled out of the car wash, went across to the car park opposite (approx 50 meters away) got out and just couldn't believe how bad it had washed it.
Bird poo from that morning (reason I took it for the car wash) still stuck to the roof, the mirrors half washed and the wheels, they looked virtually un touched, brake dust stuck all over all 4 of them! I nipped in tesco, got a micro fibre cloth and some waterless wash and it come off without any hard washing at all, so its not like it was baked on, total of £29.50 for a car wash, because I had to spend another £9.50 at Tesco on waterless wash in order to wash everything it has missed!

Who knows, maybe a £6 quick wash might get it "clean enough" but for £20 it should at least wash your car, personally, I'd avoid and either wash it yourself or find a car wash where people actually wash it for you, they do a better job at a fraction of the price I paid.

very friendly service; free vaccuum cleaning after car wash; but cleaning result of car is not good; bird shit and other dirt not cleaned properly

Booked on the app and then showed them my QR and received the wash I had paid for all very simple and easy to use.

Paid for the top car wash and came out with the windshield stil with splattered bugs on
