The was very dirty so very pleased with the results

Booked my wash through the app. Easy to access to
hr venue and i was lucky as there was no queue so was asked to move forward to the wash immediately. Attendant was very polite and profession. Happy with the wash

Prefer using IMO to the hand car washes as car is cleaner, staff friendly and polite. As you go through the car comes out looking good and clean also smells nice fresh and clean.

It was a snap decision to wash the car and IMO car wash was just over the road so why not. Downloaded the App and bought a triple foam wash. So far so good. Went through the wash and was pleasantly surprised how clean the car was. Even the wheels had a shine. Believe me the car was disgusting, dried in bird mess, dust and brake dust. Definitely going back.

Staff were very helpful but the QR code and App download could be clearer at the site. First time user!

When I pulled up two men were sat down and i waited for quite a while, one man came to the car and was yawning saying he was tired. Gave the QR code and washed the car.

Easy app to use love the free car wash program when you wash the car enough times.

Great experience with my recent car wash , friendly staff

Car was nice and clean. It did have some water spots afterwards and the dryer seemed to stick halfway over the roof as the car stopped moving forward, so I had to drive forward to complete the dry. But happy with the clean.

Went to Mothrwell Saturday got ceramic XTR offer, no triple foam just plain white and hardly even foams literally looks like washing your car with water. Overall car was washed but nothing that would think it was a £19 XTR

Wash is not good for the money getting charged, for 3 pounds extra I would have gone for a complete handwash external, which does a way better job. The manual brushing of my alloy wheels done by the ground staff wasn't good enough to then get it cleaned by the machine jet wash later. I end up paying money for external without my alloy wheels getting cleaned.

Great staff very friendly and made the experience great, have been a few times now leaves my car very clean

The car had not really got clean, especially the left windows. I had to clean it again.
