Quick and Simple to use, cleans car ok, great service and friendly staff,

Excellent as always, might need to change the water as started to smell a bit. But otherwise a Excellent clean.

My car wasn’t wash properly. The workers don’t take their time and my car had a lot of scratches after I finish.

No communication at all - pre wash was basic at best, despite buying the most expensive £20 wash it left water marks on the car and the wheel cleaning wasn’t that good. What makes this worse is that the car wasn’t that dirty anyway - it was better after, but not what I expected.

The service from personnel was good, however, the poor quality of mechanise was was not acceptable. When I reached home I noted that marks on sill were not cleaned and this should be noted as part of quality checks. This is not the first time I have noticed this. I am therefore reluctant user of the IMO services.

The handling of my vehicle at IMO MK Kingston was wholly unacceptable and has resulted in damage that is now under investigation by BMW.

At the time I handed over the vehicle, the electronic rear seats were functioning perfectly. These seats are electrically operated and explicitly not designed to be manually forced. BMW’s initial assessment indicates that the current fault—where the seats are now stuck in “stealth mode”—is consistent with improper manual interference.

It is evident that the seats were forcibly pushed while operating, leading to a mechanical jam. Despite this, the staff member involved has denied any wrongdoing. However, there is no credible alternative explanation for the fault.

This incident reflects a serious lack of care and understanding in handling modern vehicles. As a result, I have no confidence in the service provided and will not be returning.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I regularly use IMO Car Wash and usually opt for the Ceramic XTR, which is the highest wash package. I’ve visited multiple IMO locations across the country and have generally had a good experience.

However, my recent visit to this particular branch was extremely disappointing.

The main staff member on duty had a very poor attitude. I had to politely and clearly explain specific areas I wanted properly jet washed and cleaned (such as the corners of the windows and detailed scrubbing), and each time I did so, I was met with sarcasm, dismissive behaviour, and visible frustration. There was even sarcastic laughing when I made reasonable requests — which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

As a paying customer — especially paying for the top-tier service — I expect professionalism, not hostility. I should not feel like I’m inconveniencing staff simply by asking for a thorough clean.

It’s a shame because other IMO locations I’ve visited have been completely fine. But the service at this branch, specifically from the main staff member present, was unacceptable and not reflective of the standard IMO usually provides.

I hope management addresses this, as customer service is just as important as the quality of the wash itself.
