Brilliant car wash great value and…
Brilliant car wash great value and quality products. They pre wash car before going through and you can really tell the difference when choosing rain guard program or above. Keeps my car much cleaner for longer especially in winter. I like the loyalty scheme too.

For a £20 wash the finished clean is…
For a £20 wash the finished clean is just not good enough… the queue was long and the Team rushed me the through not taking their time to get the pre-clean done. The drying is now poor as they rely only on airflow now…. It’s not really worth the money, a cheaper hand wash is better nowadays

Was a great car wash but was charged Twice, i payed on QR with my pay pal £19.95 card, but the employee said i hadn’t payed & charged me again
My husband then payed on his HSBC card £20 so could you please refund me or give a voucher so i can use your very good car wash Thank you 🤗

Fuming
Was working as a driver for a high end firm and I usually was the car elsewhere, but their facilities were out of action.
Very impressive system for payment, easy and straightforward. Staff were polite and professional, washed the car. Stopped to examine it very briefly and there were 2 to 3 parts that the machine, didn't clean very well and it was so visible.
I didn't stop to address it as I was on a tight schedule to collect a client. As soon as I dropped the client off an hour later, i examined the car.
3 huges scratches on a brand new Audi, two on the bonnet approx 20 - 30 cm in length and one on the nearside front wing, again of similar length. Then there was a multiple scratches on the offside of the vehicle. I was fuming and gutted in equal measure. Seriously, never again. Hand wash only. Pointless complaining as I can imagine their terms and conditions will stop any chance of repairs being covered.
