IMO Car Wash Reviews 

My car is still looking good a few days after the wash. The payment process was easy as was the journey through the wash. The whole process was straightforward and the man who guided us was quick and efficient.

Quick and efficient car wash for reasonable price, the only letdown is the grey haired old bloke, he needs to sue the charm school!

The wheel's black grime is still there and also the spots of dirt on the car were still there !!! after tripple foam wash and wax :(

Person washing car was rushing wash as there were about six or seven cars waiting the wheels on my car were half done and tyres still had dirt on them the front and rear were still dirty front grill and bird dropping on boot of my car £7 for this was I can say it wasn’t worth it and I will think twice about going back to imo

The car wash has not been as good since the final drying mops have been removed.
They have now replaced some but are not in use

Bought the wash using the QR code. Then pulled forward to the car wash to find it was closed. Why did you sell it online if it’s closed? Then contacted customer service to ask for a refund and no reply!

Rear window wiper got ripped off with dingly dangly things at the end of the wash

Good experience, it was my first time using the company. There was plenty of signage and info on what to do and the staff member there explained what I needed to do as well. Over all a good experience and clean only being marked down by the fact my alloys where still a bit dirty afterwards but will say they where very dirty going in.

It’s Not so nice, the drying was not working 100 % and after ceramic wash the complete car had white drop Marks , so will not go again, it’s Like Manuel car wash. 50 % will be washed manuelly by some imo worker. Not worth to pay 16 Euro, unfit for Corporate benefits

Well the issue i have is if its really busy which at the moment it is, the staff at Poole Station on Cabot Lane tend to speed up the wash to allow more cars to go through each hour, unfortunately thats at a cost to the customer because there car isn't washed correctly and the dryer don't dry the car as if the station is on a quiet day as ive experienced in the past, the cost isn't reduced to allow extra vehicles which comes at the customers satisfaction.
