First time user
I pulled in on a whim as I was passing to try the car wash for the first time. I didn't have the app downloaded as I'd not used it before. I felt a rushed by the man who sprays the car before entering the wash. I couldn't get the payment to go through and he kept asking for the QR code which I hadn't got yet.
Once that was sorted and he had the code he directed me and sprayed the car. Going through the car wash was a strange experience but my car came out clean at the other end so all was good. Cost slightly more than I usually pay for a hand wash, but a more thorough job.

Quick & Efficient
Such a quick and efficient way to get your car gleaming. I took advantage of buying a bundle of the Ceramic XR and made a great saving. We arrived at the Lancing site and there were about four cars in front of us, they soon went through and then it was our turn. Presented my app and we were off. A quick hand spray all over the car and then our journey on the conveyor started. Lots of suds and sprays all over and under the car. An illuminated sign on the wash showed we were getting the Ceramic XR treatments. Lots of brushes working the suds over, under and on the wheels, taking it from dusty, bird poo, grimy dark paintwork back to its lovely deep purple shiny self. A lovely rinse off and then the air dyers. Finally a chamois from front to back and we were finished. Can’t wait for next months wash.

My car still had marks all over sides
My car still had water marks all over sides, windows and bonnet.
They didn't spray the pre solution all over the car (missed my side and wing mirrors)
I complained, but the person I spoke to, said it had "tap water" marks.
Very disappointed, as my car did not look clean and I had spent £15 which now seems like a waste.

They never deliberately lift the wipers…
They never deliberately lift the wipers to clean that part of the glass the brushes get to. They never use a jet wash and manual brush on the side mirrors. As such I end up having to manually clean them myself. Also annoyed to read the small print to see the very short expiry of prepaid washes. 30 days is robbery. 2 years is what's reasonable.
