Just left IMO Car Wash and I’m genuinely impressed! My car looks absolutely brand new again, windows crystal clear, paint shining like it just came off the lot, and they even got all the tricky spots around the wheels and trim that usually get missed.

The service was super quick, the staff was friendly and professional, and the whole experience felt premium without the premium price. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do.

If you want your car properly pampered and looking its best, definitely go to IMO Car Wash. I’ll be back regularly! Highly recommend 🚘✨

I went to was my car at your small heat branch yesterday as i was in the area late afternoon about 5pm my code did not work the attendant started tocall me a frowd acheter a lier stuk his middle finger up to me and was swearing your attendats were valating another car i regalary buy 12 washes at a time but never had this type of verbal abuse or thretaning language as been called a theaf a lier a fraud by the muslim attendant he was very abusiv the other attendant whom was shorter was very polite and i think he was arabic he was telling him to calm down which he did not you can see on your cctv if their is any and you can see by the scanned rejection on your tablet they uase as well the other arabian attendent was trying to calm him down he was not having any of it even the cousomer who had his car valated at the same time said how calm i was and commended me i was insulted and as my wife was with me i am very aggreved at this situation not good at all

Car was still filthy and there was no pre wash just a squirt with a hose

The cleaner was more occupied with a phone call than with me, so he simply told me to wait. I took the HD wash, but I was disappointed because the car wasn't washed that well. That's why I won't go there again because the prices are similar everywhere, meaning it's expensive.

It didn’t clean the back of the car properly still had all the mess on the bonnet back on the bumper

Great service - the attendant was very thorough

It is not perfect. But among other automatic carwash options it is one of the best. Tyres and rear screen under spoiler are not cleaned properly but i guess it will be same for all.

It's the usual rudeness by the staff. No energy. Only energised when they want you to cram your car as close to the car in front. The pre-wash has usually not covered the read of the bumper and undersides properly.

Been plenty of time there had never complained from them and recomend everyone to go then you won’t need other car wash

I’ve been to this car wash several times and the staff are completely untrained and unprofessional. They clearly don’t know how to properly clean a car, especially the alloys, which are always left with brake dust and dirt.

On my last visit, I politely mentioned this issue and was immediately told, “If you’re not happy, go somewhere else. We can’t guarantee clean alloys.” That says everything. Imagine going to a car wash and being told they can’t guarantee a clean car. Instead of fixing a basic issue, the staff’s default response is to dismiss customers.

The staff are clueless, poorly trained, and communication is a serious problem, one member of staff could barely communicate in English, making it difficult to even explain a simple concern. This is not acceptable in a customer facing role.

The pre-wash stage is a joke. It’s sprayed unevenly and then blasted off within seconds, giving it no time to do anything. Everything is rushed, careless, and poorly done.

If you ask for anything to be done properly, you’re told to take your business elsewhere. Awful attitude, zero professionalism, and no pride in their work. I won’t be returning.
