Car left covered in water marks
Car left covered in water marks. For £21 I would have expected near perfection. I got what I could of achieved by throwing a bucket of water and letting it dry in the sun. Very disappointed.

Damaged car. Badly maintained.
Car wash is very badly maintained. Partner is an engineer, looked at it when we were inside and said “this is going to be fun”.
Nothing on sensors - all counter balanced.
Horizontal brushes were VERY close.
Pushed both mirrors in and passenger mirror was thrown backwards. My mirrors are electric and heated so damaged electrics.
Bearing in mind I only drive an A-Class so it is not a big car.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Lots of small scratched all over body work as I’m assuming brushers don’t get cleaned regularly.
Could not wait for green light to get out.

untrustworthy staff
I prebooked a carwash on the app, it was scanned and I was given an air freshener at the front just before going in. I later discovered this was used as a decoy to stand in front of the sign where it displays what carwash was being chosen I paid for a Rain guards HD(£13) but only got a diamond wax (few levels below). I noticed this as inside the carwash it also has a sign which flashes as to what wash you chose too. Used to come here all the time but will no longer visit since this has happened

Not great at all
Even though no other cars there. Paid £13 at Telford wrekin retail park. Wheels all still very dirty when checked upon getting home. Pretty poor standard.

Might need to change my car wash supplier!
It appears there are new people at my local IMO and they are not particularly interested in giving a good service.
The Range Rover was cleaned all over and extra and they 1/2 sprayed my car before making me go into the car wash. I looked and the Range Rover had paid for the same wash as me!

Dodgy
I first realised something strange was going on when the attendant stopped spraying my car with pre wash and spent minutes chatting to the car behind me. He then proceeded to spray both cars. As I moved forward into the car wash everything stopped just short of half way for a short while. The car behind me proceeded into the car wash right behind and I mean close.... At the other end they were right up my back bumper that I didn't hang around to finish my wash. I think they piggy backed my wash!
