First order part of the order was missing sent you several emails regarding this no response second order was lost by dhl delivered 2 weeks later gone off you're response to that was okay so you sent a free replacement order by dpd packaging looked like it had been played as a football upon unpacking 2 packets were burst open depositing a large quantity of hemp and sweet corn on my kitchen floor I won't be ordering again from you

Awesome customer service went above and…
Awesome customer service went above and beyond, I had a email from DHL saying my delivery package was damaged and they wasn’t going to deliver it, I contacted impact particles via email to explain the situation, they replied quickly and dealt with the issue immediately definitely will be purchasing all my particles from them from now on, definitely a 5 star service.

I purchased a 15kg sack of hemp & maze mix. Found Brad to be very knowledgeable when it came to my specific needs. Had a really good weekend on the bank plenty of interest and a good few takes. Would definitely be back for more and to give the tiger nut a blast next time.

Poor service
Easy to order but delivery date 18 -20th
Was ordered on 8 February and was told 7-10 working days but intime my trip to France on 21st February.
Sent number of emails but they don't seem to want to respond and resolve my issue .
Now shows delivered but we're all in France ?
Not sure what there up to or who signed it shows Liam but nobody know where I live .
Avoid using as very poor service

I was really disappointed with this…
I was really disappointed with this delivery, three of the seven packages was open and bait was all over the box, I lost at least a couple of kilos on my garage floor. When you seal the bags at one end there was a 3 inch margin at the other end, it was more like a centimetre. This is why they opened, very poor.

Be wary of ordering from this company as the offers on the website may be out of date. Ordered 15kg of particle with an offer running to receive 5kg of maize for free but when my order arrived the free maize was not included. Company say the offer had been removed but the website was showing the offer when I placed my order. Really poor from this company
