I ordered a 20kg bundle 7 days before a trip to france. I mistook the delievery date to be be 3-4 after my order. When the confirmation email came through the next day, i realised my mistake and contacted IP to cancel the order. They understood my mistake and fast tracked my order so that it arrived on time.

The particle was great quality. No water to bulk up the weight. Amazing company that i will be using again and recommending to others.

Forgot that i had a trip planned. Spoke to the guys at IP and they informed me they could dispatch next day!

Placed an order and was Delivered within 48 hours!

Amazing! Bait worked great and held the fish my end of the lake for my whole 3 day trip!

IMPACT PARTICLES great bait company quality bait, was delivered to my door so fresh it was steaming hot and I couldn’t put it in the freezer till the next day been using impact for years and never had an issue great bait and service! There prices are what an angler needs so it doesn’t break the bank!

Amazjng value, will buy again! Bought the tiger nut mix 40kg + 5kg free for £50 which included free delivery. The particles were cooked perfectly and generous on the tiger nuts too! Excellent value for money, couldn't find any other outlet that could even match that price ready cooked and delivered to my door. People moan about the wait on delivery but to be fair it did turn up within 10 days, if you want it quicker then pay more, at least you have the option. Only down side is DPD which let's them down slightly. First parcel turned up no issues on day 8. Had to chase the sales team on the second parcel as it appeared to have gone missing. DPD had left it at their depot over night but then delivered on day 9, box looked like it was kicked into the van but the bags were undamaged and well sealed. Impact particles you nailed the mix and deal, DPD you are letting your customers down, sort it out.

After waiting 2 weeks with no contact finally got in touch and thay message me as i gave a bad review but quite willing to eat humble pie and order is now coming in time for my holiday so happy about that thank you impact particles sort your admin out because you products are better than anyone else's will use you again just deliver on time thank you

Impact have had bad reviews previously which put me off but I had a good experience on this occasion. The delivery time was clear before I ordered and I’m pleased to say they delivered on the earliest of the estimated delivery dates. Thanks!

Awesome quality bait, fast delivery using DPD who I think are the best out there. Customer service is second to none. I could not recommend this company enough, I will only use them from now on for my particle mixes.

The suff needs labels on them to identify what is what and could be packed better as 4 of my bags was burst and that's before I received my missing stuff
