High quality Sturdy packaging

i ordered a album on monday and i revice it on friday. which is a fast and save delivery from Denmark to UK. The package also keep the album really strong and safe as well; the item arrived safely thanks to its sturdy packaging. And I will keep repurchase from iMusic !

Great delivery experience, misleading website

I have mixed feelings about my experience with this store, on the one hand the record I bough arrived very quickly and without any visible damage, but on the other hand the website page had conflicting information which led me to buy one record assuming it was another.

For context, the record I bought had every single detail from a box set (down to the tracklist, serial number and release date) *EXCEPT* the "box set" tag. Once it arrived and I contacted the store via email I was told that since the tag wasn't there, the store wasn't really at fault and nothing would be done. They've updated the page with the record's real info and that's it.

One positive thing I can say about the customer support is that the person who helped me was very respectful and straight to the point.

If you want to take away something from my experience, just make sure to quadruple check that the record you're buying really is the version you think it is, because if its not the store won't do much to remedy that.

Thanks for your feedback here.
With millions of items in our assortment there can be some instances where a product image does not exactly match a product, a missing or confusingly set up tracklist, a release date that can be imprecise (due to multiple pressings on the same barcode) etc.
We always accept RMAs if the product listed is directly misleading or referring to another product on our website. In this case, the product was listed as a single LP as supplied. It can be confusing when multiple very different versions of the same product has been listed on the same product ID. We would also prefer if separate versions were clearly listed with separate IDs as well, so whether checking our websites, other websites or vinyl indexes, you can be 100 % sure which pressing is provided. Labels are better at doing this now, but there's still some confusing data on older titles, and we try to remedy this when we notice it or are made aware of it :)

Great experience buying from imusic

Great experience buying from imusic. Everything was simple to use & navigating to my purchase. I am in the UK and delivery was genuinely faster than some records I ordered in the UK. Great service 10/10 would recommend & have already bought again since.

The BEST dispatch company for vinyl…

The BEST dispatch company for vinyl I've ever used! Speedy and most importantly - extremely well packed to the max!! Incredible large pizza box style for one double album, the record packed in a ton of bubble wrap with paper to protect that too. This could have been drop kicked out of a helicopter and still would have arrived in one piece! It's nice to see that sone companies do actually care about your records arriving in PERFECT condition. Amazing! Well done iMusic!
