I am writing regarding my recent orders, including 13433190 and previous related orders.

While I understand the nature of international shipping and possible delays, my concern is primarily about the lack of clear and consistent communication throughout the process.

Over the course of these orders, I have received:

delayed responses
incomplete information
and, in some cases, replies that did not directly address my questions

Additionally, parts of my orders have been split and moved between different order numbers, which makes it difficult to properly track and manage the shipments on my side.

As a frequent international buyer, I fully understand logistical limitations, but I expect:

clear updates
objective answers
and better transparency regarding order status

At the moment, I would appreciate a clear and consolidated update regarding:

all related shipments
current status of each item
and any pending or backordered products

I value your catalog and would like to continue working with you, but this experience has been quite frustrating due to the communication issues.

Delivery from Denmark to the UK is incredibly quick,much quicker to buy from imusic than a lot of UK retailers!

I've imported records to the UK from iMusic a few times now. Their prices for items and postage are often cheaper than buying within the UK and includes tracking. They're communicative, quick and reliable with good customer service and everything is well packaged. Highly recommended!

This website is great and very reliable. You're able to combine orders yourself (for instance if you've pre-ordered an item and want to add another item to that order) and you can choose between a wide variety of different postal services, depending on which one is most reliable in your area. Their packaging is sturdy. The only minor downside is that the use of multiple country domains (like imusic.dk, .nl, .be, etc.) can sometimes confuse password managers, but overall a great experience.

an absolute horrible experience - got early in the online queue for RSD 2026; got everything I needed in the basked and it was marked as reserver, then I waited 14 minutes for the site to load the payment and everything went out of stock because of the slow website;

I’ve used iMusic DK a few times now. Delivery is always fast, packaging is professional, records are brand new and sealed and prices are usually £5-10 per record cheaper than I can buy from sellers here in the UK.
I don’t normally make the effort to jump onto Trustpilot to review sellers but in this case these guys are worth it.
5 stars all the way.
