First class customer service both before purchase (lots of help with which seat to choose and pros and cons of each for my circumstances) and after (nothing wrong after, just wanted some help with how to fit an accessory). Would highly recommend.

Cannot fault any part of the service. Prompt receipt of the goods, arrangement to collect / fit and arranged for us to talk to a team member to make sure that what we had was suitable for the next couple of years as our grandson is now a big 2 year old and growing so quickly!

Ordered an x-display besafe car seat and though it was delivered quickly it was broken with one of the isofix arms jammed in too far and the release button stuck as well. Have requested a return and refund.

very good customer service, quick delivery

Was initially told online that the seat was out of stock so would be delayed before I had ordered it. This wasn't an issue for me as I was happy to wait. However I quickly got a confirmation email with delivery date that was only 5 days after ordering (2 of those days were public holidays). I was absolutely delighted with the communication and speed of delivery. The seat came and it is perfect. Definitely recommend.

Over a week to arrive, emailed to ask where my order was to be told they’ve just got them back in stock and will be sent out shortly! Took for me to chase this up!
