Highly recommend
The arrived on time and were perfect. I'd accidentally ordered the wrong one and a swap was so quick and easy to arrange. The staff were so polite and friendly.
We even drove to Milton Keynes for a fitting and it was so professional.
Highly recommend them for advice and fitting 🙂

DPD lost my item
As stated the delivery company lost one of our baby car seats, In Car Safety sent out a new one immediately. Things can go wrong when we buy things, ICS response was exactly the kind of customer service you dream about. 5 stars

Very good service from the In Car…
Very good service from the In Car Safety Centre. Car seat arrived next day. Very pleased with our choice of Britax Romer high back booster- minimal assembly required and very easy to install.
Box is still in use as a playhouse!
