Total scammers! 2 years on and I have still not received my shoes neither the refund. And their shoes are not cheap. After some time they stopped replying to the emails that I have sent to them!
Do not buy from Inch 2!!!
As I see they have scammed many people!!!
Also they are offering 50 euro for writing a review, that’s why I can see 42% people has given 5 *, as they didn’t know what is waiting for them after they used that 50 euro promotion. Clever they are , you write a good review, use 50 euro promotional code, buy shoes and than you’ll be left couple of hundred out of your pocket! Same they did to me.
At least I can hope that they suffer the same losses that they’ve put people through.

I ordered shoes. They never came and they stole 300 dollars. they kept emails they would eventually come and after 2 years they just stole my money. They sent a few emails so I would bot be able to dispute on paypal as I said I would saying they are in backorder be patient. Once the 120 day window was up they just stole my money!!!!! DO not order SHOES HERE. SCAMMERS. SACHA BOUTROS

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I ordered a pair of boots a year ago and have not yet received them. At first they were responding to my emails, but then they stopped responding and my emails got shot right back to me. As if, blocking me from reaching out to them. It’s been a year and no boots as of today. I’m so upset. They have taken my money and not given me the product. To me, this is called theft. Sorry!!

Scam! warning, the website is cashing your money, but you will never be able to receive your order..

This is a Scam, they take your money and then you never hear back from them, no email track , no customer service phone to reach out, you can’t even send email for customer care through their website, I can’t believe their website is still active and they’re deceiving hundreds of people like that and nobody can do anything about it. If you know some way to report them to local Latvian police or another European council , please let me know

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY! Maddened after seeing the other reviews that this company can still be active. No order confirmation via email sent. Customer service phone line has a permanent user busy signal. Ignored emails to their customer service. Raised this a fraud to the bank to claim back money. Please raise any further instances of false transaction with your banks ASAP.

I made a purchase in November 19, 2022 and I have attempted contact with the company. They took my money and still have not sent my merchandise.

Ordered by boots in Jan 2023. They took my money and never delivered the boots. I contacted them and they told me they would be delivered in March! They never arrived. I was then unable to contact them again. DO NOT order anything from these thieves.

This company is a scam. Although I was able to successfully place an order in 2019, something changed and now this company will let you buy shoes and make sure you never get them. In 2022 I placed an order, which has never been filled, despite multiple attempts on my part to get customer service to either send me the shoes I paid for or to refund me. They strung me along for over a year, telling me the shoes were out of stock but they were making more. When I’d check back in, it turned out they weren’t making more. Instead of a refund could I pick a different pair of shoes? There weren’t any pairs available, so again I asked for a refund and have been ignored ever since. Please do not waste your money with this company. They want your money and they have no intention of actually fulfilling orders.

I ordered shoes last year, still do not have it. They do not answer my mails. I always check reviews but "unfortunately"my friends ordered inch2 boots few years ago without aby problem, so I didn't check reviews. My bad.

Very bad. I send shoes to change size . They didnt get back money or new shoes.

This is a scam. Placed an order over six months ago. No boots, no money back, no replies.
They just take your money with total impunity.

I purchased the boots 2 years ago and I never received this.
I wrote so many time for to have a refund, any answer of course.

I work in a store where we used to carry INCH2 for one season many years ago. Since then we are listed on their website as one of the retailers, which is not true. We have tried to contact them many times, so they delete this information. We could never manage to reach them.
However, we get calls and emails by hundreds of people who got scammed by them. They paid large amounts of money and never saw their ordered goods. Nor the money.
Do not order or pay anything to this company.

I ordered two pairs of shoes in February, paid in full, and now it’s June and I have not received either of them, and the company does not reply to emails or Instagram messages. Hopefully my bank will resolve the dispute.

Editing to add that my bank credited me for the transactions.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS and yet here I am. I read all the bad reviews about Inch2 and I ordered from them anyway because I am an idiot. THREE MONTHS LATER: no shoes, no word from Inch2 and no refund. Do not buy from these losers. NOT WORTH IT.

I have ordered a pair of women shoes and after I haven’t received any confirmation or number I tried to contact them. Without success. After reading dozens of reviews I know they will never deliver expensive shoes I ordered. It is mind boggling. They used to be a legit company!!!
Please, authorities, shut them down. They are not conducting proper business, they are stealing money from customers without fullfilling orders.

I waited one year for my order and never received the order nor my money. After a while even the email didnt work.
