This is a scam company, shoes are not delivered and emails not answered.

They never send me the shoes two years now. It’s a scam. Unbelievable.

SCAM! Ordered shoes worth around 250 euro and never got them. E-mailed them several times, got an answer once that we need to stay patient because they have some delays and that was the last time we heard from them. We have already reported them to the police.

Purchased boots a few years ago, never received them, never got money back. I just received an email to say they are having a sale, this is a SCAM don’t use this website

So sorry to read that Inch2 keeps scamming people. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes about 4 years ago. One pair arrived but it was not the right pair. I sent it back and asked for a refund.
Now, 4 years, 46 emails from my side (and some answers with empty promises from Inch2) and 3 months of legal help later…absolutely nothing. I’m out 400 euros that I will never see again.
I do still get emails with offers from Inch2 though that I cannot cancel. So sadly, I’m reminded by them scamming me successfully every few months or so.
Please, people who read this, DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY! I honestly don’t know how they still get away with this. They have been steeling in plain sight for years now!
I know I’m not the only one who sought legal help. Apparently this is a loophole that they found where they can simply not get caught.

This company just sent me an email for their sale! I'm still waiting for the pair I ordered 3 years ago! I've emailed them countless times without receiving the goods.

I wouldn’t waste your money if you’re ordering from the UK, you’ll never get your order and you’ll definitely never get your money back!

Fraudulent company. I ordered shoes from them a few years ago they arrived & I love them. Ordered in May this year, no response from customer service, no sandals arrived and their UK phone number took me to a psychic phone line! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IT’S A SCAM

I ordered two pairs of sandals TWO YEARS AGO, I didn't receive yet. I prosecuted this fraudulent company. They stolen 400 EUR form me.....

After months of ordering I still haven't received my order! I emaild multiple times and try to contact them through Instagram, with no luck. I understand that it takes a while to process, make and ship but there is no way of getting in contact with them, its insane, and for this money...

Ordered from them in October, have not received it nor gotten any answers to my emails.

Scammers! I am waiting my shoes more than 2 years. Calling and writing to them is useless - they dont answer.They are just taking your money.

The company is insolvent (it was confirmed in the email from Latvian Chamber of Consumer Rights) but the website still works. What the…?
I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. After one month of no reply from inch2, I contacted my bank and received my money back! 🙏🏽

In accordance with my review, I got info from European Customer Center ( ECC ) :"According to INCH2 current official website, the registered office is in Poland, and our colleagues from ECC PL have informed us that they no longer contact this trader because the only way to resolve a complaint with this trader is through a court process. What you can initiate is the European Small Claims Procedure. Colleagues also warn that one should be careful with this as it is not entirely clear where the dealer's headquarters are. They also mention Estonia and Latvia and Lithuania and some other countries."
Also, I have contacted my Bank to contact WISE EUROPE SA Bank in Brussels where I have paid for my order to refund money. Generally their response is negative but if we all come together who have been cheated by INCH2 maybe we have chance to do something.
For me THE BIGGEST PROBLEM is that website still exist and even I have got an email ( newsletter ) yesterday, 14.02., from them inviting me to join campaign -70 % discount. People are still being cheated every day!!!

An absolute Disgrace. Do not part with your Money. Ordered shoes & paid in full in April 2022

They stole money from me. I paid 2 year ago for the expensive shoes and they did not to send them.. any answer, nothing.. I contacted them maybe 15x times.. and they did not to answer me.. thieves..

Buyer Be Aware! Inch2 used to sell beautiful handmade shoes, yes they took a while to arrive as they were handmade but they arrived and they were beautiful. Somehow things have gone horribly wrong for this company as I ordered a pair of boots a couple of months ago, thinking as I had ordered before it would just take a while (I also didn't feel the need to check it out here) but when I didn't even get an order number I knew something was wrong. I tried to contract them to no avail. Luckily my bank refunded me the money because it must have been clear in their investigations that there is a current issue with this company. I received a marketing email from them in my inbox this morning about their 'sale'!!! They are still operating under this guise and potentially taking people's money (and its not cheap!!) also I have seen other pop up 'retailers" selling their products - which are so distinctive so I know something sadly has gone horribly wrong. Shame that it happened but shame on those who are committing this fraudulent activity.
