I was asked to pay first for the services. then no response. I have asked for refund in email, no response for email as well.

worst company ever they took advance payment from us for our llp registration and due to their problem they told us they can deliver work so we asked for refund they did not answer to our messages and after 1 month when i called customer care they told us it our fault that we did not claimed refund within 1 week its our policy that client should claim refund within 1 week and they intentionally did not answered our calls and messages... never trust them and if you think its a false review i will publish all proofs on tweeter (x.com) as well

Do NOT trust any of the reviews. I have been a customer since the last 8 years and it has been nothing horrible painful experience. My business has faced loss in crores due to their disgusting behaviour. My GST got cancelled because they were handling the GST and didnt respond to GST authorities despite hundreds of reminders and screaming my lungs out over calls. They stop responding to you as soon as you make the payment. Biggest frauds in the world. If you ask for cancellation of services their refund guy will call you and convince you that he will personally handle and then when you agree, he vanishes. This is the worst service provider. Go with an independent CA who is genuine and not these frauds. I have enough data now to drag these frauds to court.

Poor service. Focussed only till the time customer pays. No service after that . I had to daily follow up for further process. I have sent so many mails ans msgs to various members, but no response from their side. Would not recommend anyone to use INDIAFILINGS.

Please **do not make any advance payments** to them. They collect money without clearly mentioning the terms, timelines, or the actual scope of their services. Once they receive the payment, they fail to provide the promised service. After that, their representatives stop answering calls, ignore messages, and refuse to provide any meaningful support.

In my case, they took my money but did not deliver the services they had promised. There was no proper refund process, and every attempt to contact them was ignored. I am now filing a complaint against them in the Consumer Court to seek justice.

I also discovered serious issues with the way they handled my documentation. They submitted incorrect information on government documents, processed applications without my proper authorization or signatures, and created unnecessary complications. Because of their actions, my application became stuck, making it difficult to transfer the work to another service provider.

I strongly advise everyone **not to register your company through this organization**. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and misleading practices can result in financial loss, unnecessary delays, and legal complications.

Please be cautious and do your research before dealing with them. My experience has been that they take the payment, fail to deliver the promised services, refuse refunds, and leave customers without any support.

Paid IndiaFilings ₹46,901 for MOA amendment, AOA amendment, and share transfer services. Their consultant confirmed the structure change was possible before taking payment. After payment, they informed me they could not complete the work due to procedural issues. Service was never delivered, and my refund continues to be delayed. Extremely disappointing experience and poor post-payment support.

They did not complete the required work for my company event even after I paid the full amount. This is Verset Company. Once you make the payment, they do not answer your calls. I would not recommend this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with India Filings, and this has now happened to me twice.

I applied for trademark registration for two different brands In both cases, the applications got rejected. What disappointed me the most is not the rejection itself, because I understand trademark approval depends on multiple legal factors. The real issue was the lack of proper guidance before filing the applications.

At the time of registration, I was told that the brands were fine and could be applied for. They even provide links and basic checks which make you believe the trademark has a good chance of approval. However, no one clearly explained important factors like pronunciation similarity, existing phonetic conflicts, or the actual risks involved in approval.

After both rejections, I hired a private trademark lawyer independently, and only then I got a proper understanding of how trademark registration actually works. The lawyer clearly explained which names are likely to get approved, which are risky, and why certain brand names face objections or rejection due to phonetic similarity and legal complications.

What disappointed me with India Filings was that instead of giving honest guidance in the beginning, the process later turns into “hire a lawyer and fight the case.” Trademark litigation and objections are time-consuming, expensive, and mentally exhausting for business owners.

I feel customers deserve transparency before filing, not after rejection.

If anyone is planning to register a brand through India Filings, my personal suggestion would be to do proper research first and consult an experienced trademark professional independently before spending money on applications.

The company went cold on me. Paid for 2 services and nothing after that. They won't respond to messages, won't answer calls, just took the money and kept quite. In their app the will write talked to client and asked for required documents (every 2-3 days), which is a lie as they never called or chatted with me. Please never deal or pay for their services. I engaged IndiaFilings for GST and MSME registration and paid approximately ₹9,000.
While the MSME registration was eventually processed, I later found that my MSME registration already existed, which raised questions about the value of the service provided.
The GST registration process did not progress as expected, with repeated requests for additional documents and delays without clear updates.
Subsequently, I was able to proceed with the GST application and obtain the ARN using the documents I already had, which suggests that the earlier process could have been handled more efficiently.
Communication lacked clarity, and it was difficult to track progress or receive definitive answers.
During the refund process, there were discussions around review-related actions alongside resolution, which I found concerning. The refund is currently being processed as per their stated policy timeline.
Overall, the experience was not satisfactory in terms of transparency, communication, and delivery.
I am able to provide proof of payment and communication if required.
