Worst services they’re providing. They’re harassing me since 2 months to register my company. I have asked to cancel all the services which requested they’re not doing it and they’re saying that no refund policy. These IndiaFilings they’re interesting only in money. I recommend to people don’t go with these worst services. I don’t want to see someone struggling as like me again.

SCAM ALERT - Save your money!

Paid ₹18,798 for trademark registration. It's been days and ZERO work done. Assigned lawyer not responding. Support not picking calls. My trademark deadline is passing and these people have simply disappeared after taking money.

The actual work needed? Just one ₹1,000 stamp paper document. Any local lawyer does it in a day for ₹2,000. These people charged ₹18,700 and did absolutely nothing.

Have invoice proof and all screenshots saved. Filing consumer forum complaint and bank chargeback.

And if you still want to risk your hard earned money with them - go ahead, try your luck 😊

Save yourself - just go to a local lawyer. Cheaper, faster, actually accountable.

Worst company ever. Before purchase, they give a commitment of objection Handling and hearing charges included in all and Later they denied the same. When I asked for recording they said we dont have old backup.
I have share mail on 1st April but they didnt get back to me.Once I again called on after 7th day then they gave the above excuses. I will prefer all go to a local Lawyer and dont trust this online platform for filing.

I have been a member since last year. Recently Indiafilings asked me to pay for PT for my firm - registration. I inquired why this spearate fee - however, I was told, it was not paid initially. Hence I completed my Google Pay. Recently someone from Indiafiings reached out to me and told me via email that I had already paid for PT registration along with my intial fee. It has been two months chasing Indiafilings for a reimbursement - but no response. Till date, I have not received the 10,000 INR I had to pay due to the lack of knowledge and due diligence by one of their associates. This is poor customer service.

I started using IndiaFilings in 2017. Initially the service was good and charges were reasonable. In the first year I paid around ₹8,000 for ITR filing, and later around ₹22,000 which seemed fair.

However, things started changing around Assessment Year 2019 when one of my proprietorship firms crossed ₹1 crore turnover while the other had almost NIL filing. The fees suddenly increased to around ₹80,000 and later to nearly ₹1,00,000 per year for filing ITR of just two proprietorship firms.

I had clearly requested only ITR filing services. I had earlier tried their GST services but their staff made serious filing mistakes which created GST mismatches that later had to be corrected by another professional. Because of that I discontinued GST services and continued only with ITR filings.

Later I discovered that I had actually been charged for a full package including GST services, which I never used. I even asked a senior person in the company for a breakup of the ₹1 lakh charges, but I never received any explanation. There is also no transparent breakdown of services available on their portal.

The situation worsened when they incorrectly filed an auditable case as non-auditable, which had to be corrected after serious arguments. For the last two years they also did not provide the proper audited record copies required for documentation purposes.

I have all emails and WhatsApp conversations documented, including instances where the owner defended employee mistakes and was disrespectful instead of resolving the issue.

Based on my experience, there appears to be serious miscommunication in how services are sold and billed.

Extremely Poor & Frustrating Company Registration Experience
My experience with IndiaFilings for new company registration was extremely disappointing.
After payment, the entire process became chaotic. I was handled by multiple representatives including Ankit, Verman, and Thoufiq, but there was no coordination or ownership. Each follow-up led to a different response, repeated questions, and conflicting information.
Timelines were missed without explanation, updates had to be chased constantly, and even basic clarification required multiple reminders. Instead of a smooth registration process, it felt disorganized and exhausting.
For a service that claims to simplify company registration, this was a complete opposite experience. I would not recommend this to anyone who values time, clarity, and professionalism.

After payment, the service has been very poor. It has been more than one year with no update on the trademark application status. There has been no response to follow-ups, and although the customer service team keeps promising that someone will contact me, no one has responded. The employees of IndiaFilings have not provided any proper clarification or support.

They are money mongers and will not suggest the right things to start your business, I registered an OPC with them and regretting why I chose Indiafillings.
Suggestions : 0 they will never listen properly and just push their products to you.

Processing time : 0 they have very high processing time even after paying all money what they asked for and sharing all documents their process tool approx 2 months.

Post Processing Help: 0 you keep on raising tickets and messaging they will not help you I do not want to take names but all of staff is almost same.

No invoice was shared and money which was taken extra was never returned to original payment method but in their wallet to just use it for some services.

They are looting money from people, I obtained their service for getting trademark and paid some of money around 8K almost in 8 to 9 months ago. after 2 or 3 months I am get's update on the status but after 6 months I didn't get any update and today on 11 Feb I get the call from their agent name Shivani, she told me that sir we get an objection on your trademark and we have to appear in the court and for this service you have to pay us 10k more. I told her. if I get an objection from the 2nd party, please show me the notice which issued by court afterward I will pay the amount whatsoever & why you people calling me on the last day, this is your fault not mine.

These guys are total frauds. The owner doesnt even sit in India and it is being run a bunch of frauds here. They take 6 months for basic company filing. The owner will be soon served a notice for 420 fraud for cheating.

She is truly an asset to the organisation.

Guys be careful from these incompetent company. Their staff is very irresponsible and very arrogant. They don't file GST returns on time, leaving us to pay penalties for the non filling of returns. Very terrible services are rendered. Their employees keep changing and they keep your work pending.

“I used IndiaFilings for my LLP registration and had a very bad overall experience. While the process was structured, communication was unclear, and the team handled the filing unprofessionally not trustable, this my story following email.

Recent email requesting payment of Chartered Accountant (CA) charges for LLP compliance, amounting to ₹18,899 plus 18% GST (₹18,762 annually). This demand has come as a complete surprise, as these charges were neither disclosed nor communicated prior to proceeding with the LLP incorporation process.

Before moving forward, I carefully reviewed the information available on your website and also had a telephonic discussion in which I specifically asked whether there were any hidden or additional charges involved. I proceeded with the filing only after receiving clear assurance that no such additional charges would apply. However, after obtaining the MCA name approval, I was informed that the matter would be handled by a Chartered Accountant and that separate CA fees would now be applicable.

As clearly stated on your website portal, LLP incorporation includes government fees, stamp duty, and professional fees all included , with professional charges for LLP registration indicated as included. Based on this representation and the verbal assurances provided, the introduction of new CA charges at this stage is unexpected and was never disclosed in advance.

I would also like to highlight that despite raising my concerns earlier, I have not received any response from your team. Additionally, I have sent emails to senior and high-level management, but to date, no one has replied. This lack of communication is disappointing and does not reflect the level of professionalism expected from a reputed service provider. Timely and transparent communication is essential, particularly in matters involving financial and compliance obligations.

A written clarification on the justification for these additional CA charges.

I request your response and confirmation of the next steps at the earliest no one respond to my email.
