edit: per the refund, I've given the site one more star, but I still bought something that they had no inventory of and people should be aware of that being a possibility.

Too risky and support process too complex
Never received the mails from Indiegala, and obviously not the only one. Locked my profile based on IP change which is stupid as people may move, go on vacation or use VPN. With still no mail to receive code.
Forced me to install and register to discord to contact support which is obviously saturated. Support managed to unlock my profile, but finding the key was a maze and could only be done in the web interface, not in the desktop app. Definitively overcomplex, slow, risky and annoying, I won't trust this site anymore.
