I'm having issues with PayPal for years, maybe since the company was sold and managed under someone else. Tells me the decimal value is incorrect or something. I've only used IndieGala once in 3 years or so. They also got hacked once and all the private information of the customers leaked so I don't really trust them with my information; though I still used their service so who am I to judge.

Tried to gift a game to my husband but it didn't work. I contacted support on discord and got help the following day.

Indie Gala is around for a long time, still have some good deals once in a while.

First time here. First impressions are good. Keys were immediately available. They even have configurable bundels.

I bought a game and now i can't redeem it. My bank cleared the payment and you guys got it too. I even cannot open my account . It says error 15.. wth please look into it

Although the terms and conditions state that purchased Steam keys must be used immediately, this is an EC-site where I can use a Steam key that I forgot to use 2 years ago without any problems!
This is proof that keys are managed thoroughly. It's amazing!

Saw a game on sale, bought it. Then they sold me the game they had no Steam Keys for... I contacted support (which is how I know what the issue was), and was offered a refund or another product. This game is still for sale on their site at the discounted price... for which they have no keys for.... Are they baiting you into spending your money, then trying to switch you to another product? Seems fishy. Seen many more people on Discord with the same problem, and NOT with the same game. Don't know that I'll be shopping here again.

I like how many games and books became cheap prices but i dont like the interface of library and the ways to payment give me headache frequently

It was a straight-forward purchase. Keys were delivered without any hassle. There is a security system in place before redeeming each Steam key. The Happy Hour is a very nice idea and it keeps customers checking back regularly for great deals on bundles.

Logged into my account... had to deal with captcha a few times. Finally got logged in after they sent me a confirmation email.

Browsed for a game I wanted, made a purchase with the same paypal I have used many times. It accepted the purchase, deducted the funds.. then logged me out and wouldn't let me back in. I went to my email and found the "thanks for buying from us" email with a link to get steam key for download... clicked on that.. and it said I was locked out for "something went wrong" reasons. Finally got it to log in on a different browser and managed to find the key after a bunch of searching through the account page. Still can't log in on the original browser.

What an absolute pain in the ass.

Pretty easy to use and has a nice interface the only couple of issues i had was navigating to my games that i baught as it was in the store area. Along with this id rather not had the free game as it looked like a mobile like game that will just collect dust in my library
