Indigo Furniture Reviews 

I’ve ordered several items from Indigo (a dining table, a bed, beside tables, a chest of drawers...might have an addiction...) and I love all of them. The team who deliver and set up the items have always been punctual, professional and generally really nice too and the furniture is excellent - definitely worth the wait.

Been looking for a light for the dining area of my through room to compliment the original 1930s copper and glass light in the living area for about a year now. Seen one in a shop window on a trip to Harrogate back in September and went in to enquire but left without buying as I had no way of getting it home. Last week I was in a restaurant which had a much bigger version of the same light and thought I'd check it out again I couldn't remember the name of the shop so searched for "furniture shop Harrogate", found the website straight away, and it was on sale. I bought it, delivered within three days - after exchanging a few emails with a member of staff who provided a great service, and got it up. The light is absolutely beautiful and fantastic quality.

I received a top dresser, plank rectangle tequila chest and care kit. David had called earlier to let me know roughly what time they would be arriving so I could get home in plenty of time.

David and Gaz were both very polite and careful with the furniture they brought in and were considerate of my cat that wanted to get out when they opened the door.

This is now our 6th and 7th piece of furniture from Indigo, we obviously love the furniture.

I had been looking for years at furniture for my house but I never liked anything enough to order more pieces.

Phil and Scott delivered the drawers and they was so careful. They treated the drawers and my home with respect. They took their shoes off when they entered my home and placed the drawers in the chosen room. I will definately be ordering more pieces. I am so pleased. Thankyou.

I have just received a plank bookcase and four beautiful chairs, we are absolutely over the moon with them all Gaz and Scott delivered the furniture and they were both very well mannered and helpful Gaz took the time to fully explain the use of the care kit and they both took extreme care when bringing the furniture into our home. The whole transaction has been seamless and enjoyable from chatting to your sales team in the Matlock branch to Gaz and Scott. We would 100% recommend Indigo to our friends and family. I purchased a bed from indigo years ago and it still looks as fab now as it did when I first purchased it.
We have just placed an order for two leather sofas and a pouffe too and I’m literally marking the days on my calendar down until it arrives!

We recently took delivery of the rafters table, a custom made coffee table and a snug chair all are excellent items of furniture and the whole process of ordering all the way through to delivery was simple and no fuss or hassle.

The product is good quality and were very pleased with our purchase 👍...now looking at upgrading other rooms!

This is my 6th piece of furniture from Indigo and am pleased to say that I am as happy with this one as l was the 1st, quality and friendliness of the staff taking the order right through to the lovely men who delivered the dressing table was second to none

This is my second purchase from Indigo furniture and I couldn't be happier. From the ordering to the delivery, the service Indigo furniture offer is a 5 star service. The craftsmanship and quality of my new leather settee and snuggler are outstanding. Indigo provide a box of care products for you to look after your furniture which is fully explained to you by the delivery men so you can keep your furniture looking like new. I can't recommend Indigo Furniture highly enough. If you are looking for beautiful furniture which has been truly made to the highest of standards please do not look any further than Indigo. You get what you pay for and I am more than happy to pay a little bit extra for such outstanding pieces. Thank you Indigo.

Just wanted to say we travelled from Manchester to Harrogate to view your shop and products and iv dealt with Tracy and Sara who were very welcoming and stayed after closing time to help , I was extremely impressed with the customer service . We have a family run Buisness and customer service is very important to us . Your delivery guys were very professional and arrived right on time

Many thanks for the delivery of our beautiful Indigo oak furniture. Sean and Kev made the difficult job of installing the heavy table, chairs and dresser look easy and were friendly throughout.

We felt we had to post this review to say thank you to Indigo Furniture for the fantastic Millers Farmhouse table and bench. It's in our kitchen now and we love it. So much so we've ordered another bench !!
The service we received from start to finish was outstanding. The product was as expected and more! The delivery was on time as announced and the lads couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy.

We have recently had a bed, chest of drawers and bedside tables delivered. Ordering was easy and the delivery was very straight forward. The delivery men unpacked and built all the furniture quickly and without fuss. The furniture looks fantastic and is great quality. In particular the bed is a pleasure to sleep on, it is really solid and there is no noise when we turn at night. Will definitely be ordering more furniture in the future.

Our bed has been delivered today by 2 nice guys Scott and Fetcher. They built up furniture quickly. They have done great job with everything, including explanation about caring for the furniture. Thank you very much for it. This is our second purchase from Indigo and the quality of their furniture is outstanding and the look is brilliant we will definitely purchase more from them . Best customer service I have ever experienced.
We visited the Tunbridge Wells store and Elaine helped us, she knew everything about the products and provided us with recommendations. She was also friendly and not pushy which is nice when you are considering what to purchase.
The delivery team contacted us to confirm their ETA so we knew exactly when they would arrive meaning we did not have to wait around all day.
Our furniture has arrived and it is everything we hoped for and more.

Great Products & Fabulous service. The Sales Staff, especially Ali were so helpful in assisting us with our purchases. The two delivery men were also very professional & caring in what they did. The product itself looks fabulous, everyone comments on how great our new dinning room looks.

Well recommended furniture from a friend. Loved the Tonbridge store and lovely staff. Delivery men were fabulous. But I had a few problems. Dining table had what appeared like fluff knocked it off and realised it must have been a lump of stain it took the whole stain off. I’d not even used the table and had it 8 hours but they agreed to change it. Customer service was good.

I then noticed coffee table and table scratched easy used the wax which covers up the scratches. But I used the brush on the coffee table and a white patch appeared. I’d not even cleaned it with a damp cloth. Bizarre it’s like the stain is not set. I was told they would not change coffee table as I must have rubbed it too hard! Josh. Anyhow I touched up with wax had to use nearly half the tin! Furniture looks great but if you are someone who likes to wipe your table then this furniture will be no good for you. Ive had it a month looks great too scared to wipe it! Have I just got a dodgy batch???

Would I recommend this furniture. Definitely not if you have kids. The stain just washes off. Awaiting my new table let’s see.
