Really Good Customer Service.
Ordered a Tallboy chest for the bedroom and the quality and finish is really good. Spoke to a few different members of the team and all of them were great. They even organised a collection date for me which was much appreciated as we couldn't arrange a delivery slot.
Would certainly recommend them if you want something British made and enjoy talking to people who obviously take pride in their product.Keep up the great work guys !!!

Settee was delivered as promised on time. Two extremely courteous and efficient gentlemen, delivered and assembled it quickly and efficiently. I can fully recommend Indigo to anyone.

I can’t rate Indigo furniture highly enough. From my initial visit to their lovely showroom in Harrogate where Tracy was so knowledgeable and helpful to delivery of my beautiful furniture by Dan and Gaz, customer service was excellent.
I chose the leather chaise and grand leather club chairs in buffed tan and added highland wool cushions. The leather is so soft and such lovely quality. The craftsmanship is exemplary. The furniture is beautiful to look at and so comfortable. I am very happy with it indeed.

I have been meaning to write a review sooner to show my appreciation of the delivery of our Crofters plank bed and plank beam bedside tables at the end of Feb but have been so busy! Kev and Sean delivered the furniture and were absolutely brilliant! They even removed their shoes which was a lovely touch that didn’t go unnoticed. They put the bed together quickly and efficiently and exactly where we wanted it. It really was fuss free so i wanted to say a big thank you. I will be recommending Indigo to my friends as the furniture is incredible and both my husband and i are very happy with our purchase and will be buying more very soon. A huge plus for us was the customer service right from when we first ordered our stuff through to delivery day. Absolutely excellent guys and quite rare these days. Kev and Sean made sure we understood how to use the care pack that comes with the furniture as well. Keep up your amazing work. And thanks again for such beautiful furniture.

We had our new plank bed delivered about a week ago and have had the best week's sleep in ages. It is just so solid and was well constructed in no time by the guys who came - Scott and Sean. We have had multiple items from Indigo (Sean delivered our bedroom chest) over the years and have never been disappointed with any aspect of the product or the service - from initial Sales contact to Delivery. Everything still looks as good as new. Perhaps even better after multiple waxing with the supplied kit.
Our only worry now is that the house is getting full and we will not be able to fit anything else in!

Very very professional company from start to finish. Quality of funiture it outstanding they even provide after care wax and brush. The two guys Kev and Gaz who delivered and assembled my bed were amazing so respectful that I had a new carpet in my new loft conversion removed there shoes and were extremely careful not to catch the walls going up the stairs as it was a very tight squeeze. Would definitely recommend this company and buy from them in the future. What a refreshing change to have such excellent service.

I slept on the Indigo Furniture Smeaton Brothers 1000 mattress in a holiday rental flat and I enjoyed it so much that I took a photo of the mattress label and bought two for myself when I bought a flat 3 years later. Customer service was so lovely and genuine, and they gave me great advice. The mattresses are absolutely wonderful and amazing quality for the price. Recommend 100%

I received a crofter's bed, bedside table and a wide boy chest of drawers this week. The quality of the furniture is excellent and extends even to the wee care kit that comes with it!

The communication around the delivery was refreshingly personable. The guys who delivered it and put it together were really polite and impressively efficient - really pleased with the service!

Have just taken delivery of a new dining table and chairs, a corner sofa and a TV unit and we are totally delighted with them. Tracy in the Harrogate store could not have been more helpful and the end results are excellent. Quality goods, excellent customer service and value for money. We will certainly use Indigo again.

Wonderful showroom in Matlock with a fabulous range of high quality furniture. We have purchased several items of furniture here and have always experienced excellent quality and service including after sales support.

Our latest purchase is a plank hall console which works well & looks great. We have bought a number of items from Indigo & enjoy them all. I can highly recommend them.

Once again, delivery was effected on the day arranged. And again, the two items were delivered by Scott and Scott.

Your two guys were smart, presentable, rapid, amiable and professional. Chatty and polite and taking their shoes off before entry without being asked.

The quality and presentation of our bed really adds to our country getaway. It, along with the plank mirror, are the talking points of our cottage.

From Andy in the Tunbridge office taking the order to the two Scotts delivering and assembling it, it’s been a pleasure. We will be back.

We ordered a crofters plank bed and a plank mirror , it was delivered a lot quicker than we were told by Chris and Gaz who were absolutely brilliant ,carried everything in and assembled the bed in no time. It was great dealing with a company who kept us informed every step of the way , delivered on time and the bed and mirror both look great and the quality is 1st class. We will definitely be ordering from indigo again and would recommend the company and products to anyone thinking of buying something. It's also worth a visit to the showroom in Matlock. The staff couldn't of helped more they were brilliant and helped us a great deal .

Over the past few years we have refurnished our stone built 18th century farmhouse with Indigo wardrobes, bedside tables, coffee tables and bookshelves. The standard of workmanship is excellent, as is the quality of delivery and assembly. Very impressive.

Yesterday our Petit Plank console was delivered by Dan F and Cal and as usual we received excellent service. They phoned first thing to give us our delivery slot and arrived when promised despite the inclement weather. Although we were the last delivery of the day they were extremely cheerful and helpful, taking time to explain the care kit.
The table itself is beautiful and extremely well- made. There is a lovely pine aroma when one opens the drawers.
This is our third Indigo order and it is the outstanding customer service throughout the process together with the high- quality products that makes us repeat customers. Highly - recommended.
