Easy transaction as normal. Best rubber on the market in my opinion. I find it doesn’t shrink like other products I have used. Casts very well using Ciment fondue.

I've re-booked the delivery 4 times
DHL simply do not come to my house, I've been waiting outside for them. The tracking app goes from a few stops before mine to "back at the depo"
I'm getting very very irritated by this appalling service,
I ordered directly from industrial plasters website at the recommendation of the comments section on amazon
I fear I will have to post a comment strongly warning against anyone ordering your products, because they simply do not arrive, despite paying £12 for delivery
Additional - thank you for your reply. If this matter is resolved satisfactorily I will happily amend this quite dire review accordingly.

Loose Lid
Bought 5L clear methylated spirit. Product as described and although seemingly well packaged, the lid was insecure and the box soaking wet. so actually received closer to 4L! Apply some tape to the lid...?

Received expired plaster
Plaster was received in a timely manner. Import duty was paid, but the plaster was expired by 2 months. Have not received any response from Industrial Plasters regarding the matter after 3 weeks.
Update: A representative of Industrial Plasters (Michael) was kind enough to reach out directly and resolve this issue in a very professional and timely manner. My order has been replaced completely free of charge. Thank for your assistance.
