Placed an order, which I have chased by email twice and had zero response. Company is a con they shouldn’t dupe people into thinking they are buying in UK, by using a uk contact email when they are in China. Will have to go through credit card for a payment dispute.

Ordered a necklace for my mother's birthday last year. The item that arrived was nothing like the pictures online. The metal was cheap and thin, the engraving was illegible. I contacted ineffables for a refund and they refused. I sent several pictures and videos of the item and the said they would refund 50% of the item but not take the item back. I paid £54 for utter cheap rubbish. Luckily I paid through PayPal and managed to open a dispute sending in the pictures and emails I had received and won the case. I had to pay £12 to send the item back to China only for them to refuse the item on delivery.

They don’t tell you that it’s only gold plated and not water or sweat resistant, I bought a necklace for my fiancé and after 9 months it went from gold to silver and stained her neck green. All I get told is to send photos and videos and then after waiting ages for a reply all I get is sorry it’s only guaranteed for 90 days and isn’t sweat or water resistant. Poor quality item and very poor customer service.

Bracelet broke within 4 months! All I get told is it isn’t a quality issue as it’s been worn and over 90days. Obviously bad quality and customer service

Bought this item for my partners mother's day off the 3 kids. Within a week a birthstone fell out. Been in contact with them several times and all I get back from them is sorry we can't find your order. I've provided them with everything, order number, cost, delivery address, date of purchase even sent them screen shots still nothing. After reading these reviews deffo looks like I've been scammed.

I’m extremely concerned with my order. A label was made on March 31, 2022 and nothing has been shipped! This is a gift and now I’m concerned I got scammed!

Absolutely awful quality!!!! Really cheep and tacky!! Bought as a Christmas present and was absolutely disgusted with how cheep and tacky it was, asked for a refund and was denied… also absolutely horrendous customer service!!

I was very concerned about the order I made for a 4 ring necklace. I sent a few emails to them to get some reassurance. They responded quickly and dealt with my concerns. The necklace arrived in time for Christmas. The product was a really good quality with nice engraving. Thanks

Absolute junk. Letters are not square on rings in some cases illegible due to half of letters being missing. Looks cheaper than something from a Chinese Christmas cracker. Too embarrassed to give as a gift .

I purchased a personalised necklace on the 11th of December hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas, however I haven't heard anything since my purchase. All I have received is an email confirmation receipt and also the money has been taken out of my bank. If I send you my confirmation details could you please tell me when my order my possibly arrive? I have also sent two or they emails asking where my order is, haven't heard anything.

Ordered a locket for my girlfriend for Christmas. Spent over £60 20 days later there has been no delivery. I've had no email to confirm my item has even been shipped, no refund. Absolute terrible service and all this website judging from the reviews is steal money off people

Received my necklace with 4 rings and names but they didn't put it on the chain and I can't get the names to be on the front and in the order I asked for- can any help please

I recieved a necklace from my kids purchased from here and I'm very happy with it. I've had it for 6months now and it's still beautiful

ordered from this company believeing my product was coming from the uk. then discovered its actually coming from china. have not received b my product after weeks or waiting. have opened a dispute through paypal to hopefully get my money back as the only response I have gotten from this company is that 'my product has been shipped and is on the way' DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DONT BUY ANYTHING. ordered a chain last year and still not hear, they send you text back saying its on the way its on the way but noting. Stay well away 👎

Purchased 5 bracelets. Names in English, received names in ARABIC. Edited post ......have to remove my review or I’ve been threatened with legal action. Buyer beware.

she sent me a necklace that had bad scratches on, so bad that it cant be used. I told her about it half an hour after receiving it and she has only ever offered me 50% of my money back.
Her refund policy for faulty items is as follows:
"The following reasons are covered by our 90 day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy(Ineffabless is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees). We will notify you by email within 1-2 days after the order is sent. Please make sure that the email address is spelled correctly.
We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received the products is product deformation, product defects.
You received the incorrect products.The product you received is different from the product you purchased.
The above situation, we will only exchange the item(s) for the same product,or we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, excluding shipping costs.
The necklace i got has clear defects and he still will not refund me my money.
If you are wanting items off this site it would be safer to get them off Alibaba and Amazon who sell the same items but for much cheaper. "
She is also breaking his own countries law as this law passed in 2014:

Retailers are now required to accept goods for return within 7 days of purchase unless agreed otherwise;
For online and other types of delivery purchases, consumers are not required to provide a reason for returns"
The last email i got from her when asking AGAIN for my refund was this:
"Dear Ginette
We have explained many times because of your product problem. I can only apply for a return of 50% of the product fee for you again. The product does not need to be returned. This is the best result we have done. If you have any questions, you can file a complaint on Paypal, and we will actively cooperate with the investigation. But if you make other untrue comments that seriously affect our company, we will also take legal channels."
If after reading all that you still do decide to buy off her, try searching for a valid business address- there isn't one.

I sent a photo of the damage, which they said they could see. Fair enough- i had tried using my cell phone. Second photo was taken with a camera. I explained this but they have done everything to escape refunding me. No actual address or phone numbers to contact this scam. Those supplied are fake. They delete anything negative from their facebook page, hence barely any comments on there.
The want me to send back the neckalce, but they have shown how untrustworthy they are, i woould be left without my money AND the item.
Its an absolute scam with FAKE details.

I have just received the necklace I ordered from ineffabless. It is absolutely beautiful! I am so pleased with it. The engraving is superb! I was wary as I read the reviews after I’d purchased the item. It has arrived in good time. I definitely don’t have any complaints, and will order from this company again.

After ordering I decided to look at the reviews for this company and thought OMG I just wasted my money!!
I had a few back and forth over the picture I wanted and just knew this was a lost..
I recieved my two lockets today and I must say I'm very pleased in the items
I recieved.. a little small but well crafted..
