I bought a buggy off infababy for my…

I bought a buggy off infababy for my son, he is only 6 months old and the handle bars have broke off my buggy, I have only used the buggy about 10 times if even and now I have no buggy for him, I have tried to contact infababy 3 times now already and haven't got a reply for anyone..very disappointed as it's a lovely buggy..

I actually liked this pram up until…

I actually liked this pram up until about 4 months of having it it started creaking at the back wheels and the break kept getting stuck. I felt there was something dogdy with it anyway yesterday the wheel snapped off going down a kirb. I have no other pram and can afford one till payday. Just tried messaging them but after looking at all these reviews im not very hopefull i will get a reply or have the issue resolved.

wheel replacement, infababy costumers service pls help

have been trying to contact Infababy directly, to be able to get a new wheel. Is literally a ghost company. No number, no customer service!!! Can someone please help providing a number or anything to speak directly with the company?? i have a new 3-1 pram that I cant use because of a stupid Wheel, thx

Faulty Ultimo

The chair on the ultimo travel system has locked in the sleep position. It will not move to the sitting position. Faulty manufacturing. I have emailed Infababy about this problem but they don't respond. It is like they are now not trading.

Iv emailed this company since 2021 within 1st week they didn't give me my money back worst pram ever unsafe not steady . Been asked to take my review down. Want to know what happens to the warranty as there is no website for this company

Infababy MAX360 Isofix Car Seat- DANGER!!!

Infababy MAX360 Isofix Car Seat. Let's get straight to the point, fixed inside a car (as it is supposed to be) this is NOT a 360 car seat. At all. The rear of the seat has a seat belt type anchor strap that MUST be secured to a mounting point within the car, or the seat will fly forward upon breaking. However, once you fix this anchor strap the seat will NOT rotate, therefore it is NOT a 360 car seat. The ISOfix connectors on the seat are appalling. They are so 'baggy' that even locked in and strapped down the whole seat just moves about far too much that I have no idea how this passed ANY safety standards. After 2 months of use two more alarming aspects have come to light. The chair's seat belts are tangled daily due to the poor design of the belt feed system and probably the most shocking safety failure of this seat is that my 3-year-old is easily undoing the locking clasp!!! This is, without doubt, the worst and most dangerous car seat I have ever encountered. To compare against the Joie seat in our other car is to compare a Lada to a Mercedes. I challenge anyone to justify how this seat warrants being called a 360 seat when used as per the instructions and design. It's only 360 when unsecured. I hope that someone sues this company for their blatant deception.

I can't find an email address for this company and I need to purchase an Infababy MOTO isofix base for the car seat. Can anyone help with an email address that is valid and are they still trading as their web page does not appear to be on the google or bing anymore

AVOID ! STYLO 3in1 travel system

Bought the STYLO 3in1 travel system and used it for 6 months without issue, I really liked the pram… then when I tried to put it in the sit up position as baby no longer wanted to lay down it was locked in the lie down position and will not sit up. It actually snapped when trying to sit it up due to having no pram and absolutely no response from the company.

I have emailed multiple times and just had absolutely no luck with trying to have the pram repaired or replaced !

AVOID at all cost.

I am looking to order the right hand…

I am looking to order the right hand side attachment for car seat to fit into the wheel base. I was donated the Ultimo 4 3in1 from a friend but this piece is missing. Trying to source part online but cannot find. If anyone has any advice where to source same please share. Have emailed customer care but not heard back yet

Poor quality and even worse customer…

Poor quality and even worse customer service. Can only communicate via email which after telling me they would send replacement chassis have since ignored my emails for almost a year. Very frustrating and can not warm people off enough

max360 car seat broke within a month

We bought the max360 car seat was okay for a month then the seatbelt wouldn't tighten all the way we emailed them to see if they could fix or swap it but they insisted we unscrew it and find out which we aren't competent in doing and could ruin the integrity and safety since 6 months ago we havent heard off them since and now had to pay out of pocket for another seat I would not recommend infa baby they aren't reliable and will not help with their shoddy products

I've emailed to see if this company…

I've emailed to see if this company still exist as I am now in doubt about the car seat being safe seen as their website has dissappeared. So I sent a email to their help desk address that was provided on the invoice and that was a month ago with no reply. Doesn't fill me with hope

Looks like another company lost due to rising costs…

I bought the ultimo 3 wheel back in June 2022, when it arrived I built the pram up and checked everything was ok before putting it in storage until my son was born in November. I genuinely can not fault the pram and everything works as it should I bought the isofix separately. I just went looking for the website to purchase the cosytoes for the stroller part and the website is gone! Looks like the company has closed even their Fb page has disappeared. Another company lost no doubt to rising costs of living.

Poor quality and non-responsive customer service

I received the Ultimo Travel System on February 3th (Order #1018962 - Ireland), and since than I have sent many emails informing about the issues I had with the product, but I did not receive any answer:
One of the rear wheels does not assemble in the axle. When we try to assemble it, the lock in the middle pops out.
The bumper bar does not lock in place.
I'm very disappointed. I can't use the pram without a wheel and I have no money to buy another one if they don't give me the refund.
