I’d give it zero if I could received a faulty pram months back and forth trying to send it back after a “replacement part@ never came to find out it was never sent after waiting months for it pram was not used as parts were missing but was refused any refund still never received any refund and had to throw the brand new pram in the tip that cots £430 never got a refund and my baby past away at 4 weeks old so my money that infababy still have could have gone to my daughter disgusting company I was also informed by trading standards that they have to buy law refund me and they still didn’t and they get away with doing this to people cause who can afford to take them to court disgusting company DO NOT BUY !!!

Poor quality
I purchased an Infababy Giro in July 2022.
One of the tyres failed/split in December 2022.
They have deemed this to be "accidental damage" and aren't prepared to offer any assistance.
They have also stated that they don't stock replacement parts for this buggy!!
I have three children and have used a number of different buggies/strollers over the years. Cheap and expensive. Not once have I ever suffered a damaged tyre.
This buggy has also been lightly used as it was purchased as a convenient occasional buggy due to it folding up small.
The practicality just isn't worth the poor quality of manufacturing.

Ordered an item through website because…
Ordered an item through website because it promised next day delivery as was going away.
Did not get dispatched in time for promised date, delivered 2 days late whilst away.
Came back and although it said delivered nothing is here.
Emailed twice, nearly 3wks apart, no response, no phone number to call them.
Parceforce say I need to get Infababy to file a claim, however they don’t respond to emails and you can call so will have to do a credit card claim.

Absolutely disgusting, They sent me a faulty pram which they will not accept responsibility for. I have been trying to sort this out for months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have been emailing them since October to try to get this resolved, I have been asking to speak to someone on the phone and have been told this isn't possible. It takes them 6 days to reply to any emails that are being sent.

This company is diabolical!
I am disgusted. Had to send a car seat back and the returns procedure is shocking. Just write the address on the box and send. When it gets there they then claim it hasn’t arrived so I’m left with no car seat and no refund. Parcel force even gave photographic evidence of the car seat being delivered back to the company and they still claim it hasn’t. No bar code, no real help and shocking customer service. I would never waste my money or time on this company ever again. Beware when ordering from such a poor company.

Very unhappy with this company
Very unhappy with this company. i purchased a pushchar in their website.. knowingly and purposely they sent me the complete wrong colour because the colour i order was out of stock.
they didn’t contact me to ask if i would be happy with the other colour, they purposely sent it hoping i would be happy to keep so they still earn £280. absolutely not. also they insulted me by offering me £10 off this £280 therefore i would then be spending £270 on a pushchair i didn’t want.. that just isn’t justifying it.
for the past 5 days i have contacted and contacted and contacted for them to arrange returns and refund and i have received ZERO response.
do not order from this company. i am now taking this into my own hands and taking this much further.
oh yes, not to mention the pushchair that did arrive also had a big chip on the logo and the company said ‘it is ok’

Awful!!!
So basically i ordered a pram to which i received an email the next day to say it was out of stock, i asked on when this pram was going to back in stock but they didn't know so, i would of liked for them to send me the pram when it came back in stock but instead had to choose a different colour pram as they refused a refund, the pram arrived in a box that was no good, no padding around the pram, the pram was just thrown in, the hood is out of shape and there is a huge long dent in the leather which really stands out..terrible

I bought a small compact pram to fit easy in the boot I already have a bugaboo that I love it just takes up to much space, the pram I ordered was the worst pram I’ve ever had and I’m a mother of 5, front wheels buckle and the pram Frame bends, within 2 weeks I contacted them to complain it’s nearly 8 week since I complained and I’m still getting no where,they asked me the weight of my 4week old baby then how heavy my bag and blanket was, sent videos and pictures a,now Wer back at square one wanting videos and pictures, the only hope I have is I paid threw PayPal fingers crossed they sort a refund, the prams a death trap I’d avoid at all cost

Shame on you Infababy - you replied to my post 26th November saying it was the first you had heard from me which is not the case. I emailed you on 19th & 25th Sept and then the 1st and 8th November and then we got into protracted correspondence exchanging emails on the following dates in November 9th, 11th,14th,15th,16th,17th,24th!!!
Your response, trying to discredit me, shows your continued contempt for anything resembling Customer Service.

Risky company
I started using Flo travel system in August and by end of September its weels broke, had replacement weels that got broken again.
Its not a good buggy, the weels are hard to handle, squeaking loud, the handle bar foam exploded.
They are a small company that doesn't belong to any trade association or ADR scheme so if you want a refund it will be very difficult.
I am not saying that all their product are rubbish but if you have bad luck and get a faulty one its your lost as a customer, they are not accountable for that.
Edit: they've been in contact with me and advise me to use lubricant as its my fault that the weels are broken after a short time of usage.

Bought the stroller few months ago
Bought the stroller few months ago. Seat was not not in use because baby wasn’t old enough to sit on seat. Took it out to use few days ago and realised its already broken . Contacted customer service and been told I’ll have to pay for seat cover. Thats totally unacceptable . Really bad quality. Better to buy in local shop.

It’s been another 3 weeks I still…
It’s been another 3 weeks I still haven’t receive my refund !!!! Courier supposed to collect incorrect item on 22nd November but didn’t show up and my emails have been ignored since then AGAIN.
Edit: I was at home and courier did not came. Also do you think it’s ok to give someone timeframe of 9-17 on a working day for collection of your mistake ?

Terrible experience never again
Im assuming the company flagged my review and had it removed. I did not breach any guidelines so I will repost my review trustpilot please inform me of which guidelines are being breached if so before removing the review. My comment is honest review of my experience with this company that is in line with alot of other reviews about this company. It's in the best interest of anyone considering purchasing with this company to read honest reviews. The company commented on my last review before it was removed for me to contact them. They have been contacted over 6 times since October and acting like they haven't. My review is as follows: I will never purchase with this company again. I wish I had checked before purchasing with them. In early October I purchased a cot+mattress in a so called "sale". I purchased at an apparent sale price once said sale ended the price dropped again so not a sale just misleading and enticing customers to buy. I knew straight away after that what type of company they we're but if the quality of the cot was ok I was willing to let that go. I was moving house and the baby was about to outgrow the next to me cot so I passed it on knowing I had a new cot and mattress in a box delivered. Basically I didn't open the box straight away as we we're moving house there was no point but on the first night in the new house opened it and no mattress included. I have a small baby with nowhere to sleep for over a month. Since then the company has been contacted several times to deliver the mattress. They admitted its been sitting in the couriers for weeks and their logistics team didn't label it so wasn't sent. They have stated it will be sent on different dates and keep moving the goal post nothing arrives and they keep just sending generic apologies sorry for my inconvenience emails. I explained it's beyond an inconvenience now as I have a 8 month old baby with no cot It is a safety issue at this stage I am weeks without the mattress and I cannot afford to go out and buy another one as I have already purchased with this company. I asked for the issue to be esclated to a manager twice this was ignored also. I have no other options now to take the matter further

Do not buy! Will not arrive & No customer care!!
Do not buy, order will not arrive & no customer care!!
Waiting for more than a month, and the order hasn't arrived. The courier had confirmed that they never got the package, and despite multiple confirmations Infababy have not refunded my money or sent another package. To make things worse, Infababy do not have a proper customer contact number, and communication has to be through email. Have been contacting them for a month now, but no proper response.
I am struggling to get a refund for a product that never arrived. Just imagine the struggle if you want to contact them regarding warranty or replacement parts. Avoid at any cost.

Products are poorly manufactured
Products are poorly manufactured. The stitching on infababy foot muff came apart after one week and dispute the product being virtually all made from fabric (aside from the zip obviously), the fabric is bizarrely not covered in the warranty.
The customer service was shocking, completely unapologetic, patronising and totally unwilling to help resolve the issue and no replacement or refund offered for this. Would certainly not recommend and would advise sharing this information with other potential customers so they can avoid being ripped off as I was.
EDIT:
REPLY: I AM AWARE THAT THE FABRIC IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY HOWEVER IF YOU DON’T WANT CUSTOMERS TO REQUEST REFUNDS FOR YOUR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS THEN I SUGGEST YOU INVEST IN BETTER MANUFACTURING.

Awful service if you need to do a return
Awful, awful customer service - I don't normally write reviews but I'm fuming. I needed to return a carseat and have never had such a bad experience with an online retailer. Setting aside the appalling customer contact system they use which sees emails answered once, maybe twice a day, I jumped through the countless hoops needed to arrange the return and paid for this myself. The courier tried twice but couldn't deliver so it got returned to me - Infababy are blaming the courier delivering to the wrong location (twice - despite the correct address being all over the box - really?!!). They are now insisting I have to re-arrange and pay for a second courier as they are refusing to arrange a collection or confirm they'll refund the second lot of courier costs. I'm also expecting them to say they'll deduct £10 because it's now over a month and probably even another £10 because the box isn't pristine anymore having been on a couple of trips to their office and back. So the £100 seat will end up costing me £50 with nothing to show for it. Logging with trading standards and small claims court. Don't understand how a company can behave like this knowing how people expect to interact with an online business these days.

Top quality, low prices & best service
Purchasing was very simple and quick. The demo video was the selling point for me as so many other websites were hard to judge the quality of the pram in action.
Delivery was quick. Sadly 3 items were missing from my order. I emailed the team and had a response within 24 hours. The missing items were immediately shipped and arrived 2 days later.
The products are very high quality even with the super low prices. Couldn’t be happier!
