However, infababy claim that they haven't received it and they want the name of person who signed for it. I never signed when it was delivered to me (also by parcel 2go,) , it was only scanned so I believe the same happened with me return. I am left in a limbo

Appalling service
Infababy sent the wrong car base. Despite it being their error they would not dispatch what we had actually ordered until they received the incorrect product back. I was required to waste even more of my time to be in for the courier to collect the incorrect product. I did not receive the product I had ordered and paid for until nearly 4 weeks after the original order date. Truly awful customer service, would not recommend Infababy to anyone.

I absolutely love my moto 3 in 1, however when ordering the special offer was a free isofix base, i emailed to double check this was the case, was told yes, so proceeded to order. my order arrived on monday 31st october, however there was no isofix base. I have emailed multiple times, but had no response as to when this problem is going to be rectified, i really didnt want to have to leave a review like this, however the customer service has a lot to be worked upon. If someone is able to get back to me about when my isofix is going to be sent out that would be great.would be happy to update this once my problem is sorted. thank you

Perfect for Injuring your child.
If you want your child to be extremely uncomfortable and potentially be severly injured, this product is absolutely the one for you.
Once tethered and Isofix clips connected correctly, the base slides up and down the clips rails meaning every turn you take causes a whiplash effect on your child's neck & head.
If you follow their refund request policy, then then refuse you under the grounds of not taking back any products regardless of any issue due to COVID. This isn't stated anywhere on their website or returns policy, and will claim you haven't installed the product correctly for good measure. Basically insult your intelligence to follow a 2 step manual.
The product looks good, seat is nice quality and is a good price point, but this is a classic case of 'if it looks too good too be true, it probably is.'
A real shame at this moment in time when people need their money the most.
Very disappointed and let down.

This company is an absolute scam. Don’t understand how it’s still operating. All the reviews on it’s site are brilliant think they wrote them themselves. Cause when things go wrong and you can’t get hold of them only by email. They tell lies.
I ordered 2 car seas, only 1 came in a box that looked like i had been kicked all the way here.
I’ve sent emails wondering where the other one was, they replied after a few days telling me it was being picked and packed, then nothing not even answering my emails now. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a max360 car seat on the 21st of October it was ment to be delivered on the 25th of October.
I have received an email saying it was getting ready for shipment and I will receive a tracking number,I have still not received any tracking information to this day .
Customer service is an absolute joke and you just get a genetic email reply... First email they blamed the delivery service for being on strike other emails have been exactly the same saying the will look in to in ,I have still not gotten a response as to where my order is !!!!

Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company and terrible customer service. Do not buy anything from them as they offer zero support and shop in Talagh in Dublin is closed in opening hours!!!!!
I have been trying to make a complaint as wheels do not return to straight position after 6 mnths of use. Shop is closed, customer service not available on the phone, by email they are saying I have excessive weight on the stroller based on video I provided and don't want to accept weight information from me and my complaint!!!! To note I was in the shop to demonstrate the issue I am having every single day and the shop was closed during opening hours.
Despite information provided by me on the total weight in the stroller, customer service says the WEIGHT IN THE VIDEO is excessive indicating imaginary content. What they call heavy piece of wood is in fact single folded fabrick paper box from IKEA weighting 0.89kg (IKEA article number 302.192.81). Congratulations on assessing the weight through video!!! and disregarding information from the customer.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shambles of a company ordered the ultimo three in one travel system to receive three parcels with a frame and two isofix bases no attachments like car seat pram and basket and no wheel pump.
I have then been chasing this company for a month with little correspondence on their behalf they received all the goods back on 24th October and are yet to issue a refund. I'm now worried looking at recent reviews they will try land say this was used and I won't receive my money back even though it couldn't possibly be used considering it was delivered with no attachments. This is the worst customer experience I've had in handling a company and I would avoid at all costs

Infababy not to be trusted
I purchased this item & after installing wasn’t happy with car seat.
I immediately repackaged & sent back at my own cost.
They lost the car seat & said they hadn’t received it…after contacting parcel force they provided me with a photo showing it had be delivered back to them.
No apology for the inconvenience & the next response I had was to be informed their warehouse staff & deemed car seat to have been “used”?? They then told me that it would be sent back to me at my cost as they don’t refund used items.
It hadn’t been used & their website promises 28day full refund if not happy with product. I then received a 50% refund which obviously contradicts their policy.
The car seat hadn’t been used & was returned immediately…you can’t talk to anyone to argue it…customer service response just claim that its warehouse responsibility & provide now evidence of why the car seat has been deemed as used. Seems to scam where they can resell product without providing full refund. Save your money & use a reputable company.

Did not give bassinet mattress and would not provide us with one - rendering our buggy unfit for its purpose
Our travel system was purchased as a gift by grandparents in Nov 2021 well in anticipation of the birth of our son in summer 2022. At the time we were abroad and were only due to return to Ireland before the birth of the baby. For this reason the travel system remained within its box. There was no advisory given anywhere that stated that the box must be opened and checked at the time that it was received .
Of course , this information is contained within the manual book for the system which is , yes you’ve guessed it - within the box - meaning if you didn’t open the box you’d never know that you had to report missing parts immediately.
Fast forward to July 2022 and we discover that there is no mattress for our bassinet . What follows are several days of arguments with Infababy blaming me and stating I should have opened the box at the time. In the end they completely refused to provide us with a bassinet mattress meaning the product is not fit for its purpose under the sale of goods and supplies act. I also pointed out that we have paid for someone and not been provided with all that we paid for.
The final straw was discovering that their continued lack of professionalism towards me was all in relation to a €20 mattress that they omitted from my order and I paid for ! They didn’t remotely care when I pointed out several times that I couldn’t use the travel system without it for my son.
I still can’t get over their absolutely terrible customer service and the fact that they think it’s ok for someone to pay for an item and not receive it . It would have cost them so little to supply this vital part that we paid for . Please stay clear of this company
Edited to respond to Infababys comment below- firstly Infababy, it wasn’t a year when I reported it missing. It was July when I reported it . I bought it I November in advance of my baby being due in May and opened it in July due to being abroad before then- as stated numerous times in our correspondence . I’m simply putting up this review now. Secondly , as you did in our email correspondence you are still insinuating that I am being dishonest . I am telling you there was no mattress and that should be sufficient information for you. I’m not sure what you’re suggesting I would even have done with the mattress. It’s disgraceful that I’ve had to pay out of my own pocket extra money onto the initial cost to order a mattress from you and I should be refunded of this amount . You have zero regard for your customers . I’m addition to this the 14 days is detailed in the handbook which is within the box and there is no sign on the outside of the box that informs the customer that it must be checked within two weeks of receiving it . The warranty should cover missing parts as well as damaged parts and you are at fault here as you did not give me what I paid for . The product is not fit for purpose without the mattress .
