Leather seat covers

Ordered a full set for my T6 and they came in good time considering they go through an embroidery shop. Was an issue with the front seat covers but collection was arranged by INKA and new ones were sent out and arrived correct.

Appaling customer service

Appaling customer service, seat covers arrived after 4 weeks and were missing a whole set for a front seat, those that i did try and fit, fitted badly and then when i asked to return this was resisted with a threat of if they are not in original boxing a refund would not be provided. The original box was opened when it arrived and in poor condition without fitting instructions for the covers. All this for £500 pounds which has still not been paid bank. Do not deal with this company as they go quiet when they need to provide you money back because of their incompetence.

Very long wait ,when seat covers…

[Just had a request for a date when these can be picked up when i get a refund i shall update my review ] ....Very long wait ,when seat covers finally arrived they were not what I wanted, they are like a cheap rain mac. Wanted to return them, on the website it says I can use the free returns label on the invoice, it is not there so I contacted them with all the information requested the free returns label. Just had a reply saying send it back for a refund but no mention of my requested returns label. Have had several email exchanges they are insisting I have to pay for the postage to return the seat covers. Website looks good and so do the pictures but I wish I had not used them , there is a reason there are more 1star than 5 star reviews. After a bit of to and fro I have received my refund so have updated to three stars

Transit Custom seat covers…

There are mixed reviews for this company, however they had the patern and style of cover i was looking for so i decided to give them a try.
I ordered on 25th December and my seat covers arrived 21st January
I sent one follow up email to enquire about the ETA for delivery and this was replied to very quickly, they gave me an acurate ETA for delivery.
The seat covers are well made and look great, they were easy enough to fit, they do not come with instructions which is a shame but you can work it out with a bit of trial and error.
Overall i would say the delivery is a bit on the slow side but i was prepared for that having read other reviews, the product is very good and i cannot fault the service i received.

Do not order from here over 5 weeks…

Do not order from here over 5 weeks waiting…. Said they were dispatched but the Parcelforce code does not exist! Every time you email it’s “in manufacturing” then they said they have dispatched which of course is a lie…. Could have easily got some next day but shopped around and these looked great online terrible experience and no offer of refund or discount!!!

Shocking communication

Shocking communication, says 3-5 days on the website, took 6 and a half weeks for delivery, whenever you email to find out order status as you’ve not been updated you get told the order is in the “sewing and embroidery process” I had to take out a PayPal case against inka to actually get any proper communication via phone which they then asked me to close the case to enable them to deliver the item, which I refused but offered to close it once delivered. Not delivered the covers for both front seats don’t fit properly. They look awful and are very baggy and look cheap. On their website they look great, must be a photoshopped image. Would not recommend at all.

I am over the moon with the seat covers…

I am over the moon with the seat covers i got for my VW T6 campervan. The quality of the material used and the workmanship was 5*****
The fit was exceptional and do not look like they are ‘add ons’
The communication was stress free and i was always responded to quickly and politely
From my experience I have no hesitation in recommending the company

So this is as honest as I could be ..

So this is as honest as I could be ..
Ordered covers for a vivaro 2020 sportive and after a few weeks I tried calling but to be honest why have a phone line that’s not answered and tells you to email so pretty pointless .They did reply eventually and said they would despatch by end of week but they didn’t till the week after .
When they arrived the drivers seat was miles out on the fitting so I had to contact them to return it which I had to take it to a dhl pickup and wait for a replacement .
A few weeks later I got a replacement which was even worse so again had to take it to dhl pickup point .I told them that I wanted a full refund as I was sick of the hassle and time it’s taking to just get a set of seat covers . They replied promising that the 3rd one would be tested and fitted to a seat before despatched so I face them a chance and it’s just arrived and at last it fits ok .
All in all this has took nearly 3 months which is a complete joke .The quality is excellent but the company isn’t run properly which is a shame because I brought INKA covers about six years ago and it was totally different so I guess Covid is another excuse for this company changing the way it runs .Get yourselves sorted and answer your phones otherwise with the reviews your getting I doubt you’ll be around much longer ..

AVOID!!!

Ordered T6.1 seat covers, mainly based on the 2 day postage advertised. After a week of hearing nothing I emailed asking for a despatch date - no response. Tried calling them but there is a voice message stating you can only email - what kind of company operates like that? Answer: One that does not want to get hassled because they fail to deliver as advertised! Kept emailing over the next few weeks, pointing out I would be away in a month and they had to be with me before then. Still no response, until the point that I suspected this was a scam and said I would report them to my bank and Action Fraud, I then got a short email staying they would be posted that Friday. I pointed out that the week after I would be away for 2 weeks, so it had to be that week. Sure enough they failed to send them, only doing so a week later - they arrived at my house when I was away so I had to negotiate with Royal Mail to keep them until I was back. On fitting I find the front seats are loose so do not look great and the rear seats too tight to fit properly . They are plastic material and not worth £550 - It is pointless trying to communicate any of this to the company as they are not interested. Find a proper company who will make better quality covers and communicate with you, the extra expense is worth it - I suspect these are just being imported from China once they receive an order.

Transit Bentley covers excellent value and worth the wait

I am confused by the very poor reviews about no coms and products not fitting and rubbish quality. My experience has been different. Every email I sent was replied to by Martin. Yes… my order was always either in the sewing process or was being sent that week, however it never arrived which was disappointing …..until 7 weeks later.
Be prepared to wait as these Bentley stitch seat covers for 2016 transit are made to order. On arrival I have fitted them. They are like a glove and look like completely new leather seats. Very happy with the product and well worth the price.
Note to the company….my seat covers are excellent however regarding communication if it’s going to take 7 weeks let the customer know that. I was happy to wait and my frustration was having to email every week having expected a delivery. Fitting instructions should be supplied online or in the box however they are relatively self explanatory and simple to fit if patient but not everyone will be as confident. Took me 1 hour all in. Could be slightly better packaged as in covers were just loose in a big box. Wrapped in a simple covering with a complementary note from the company would make the difference. My covers are high quality but the experience could be improved.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Full of false promises and incredibly poor communication. I am currently £300 lighter with no seat covers and no refund. Utterly disgraceful.

Seat covers did not fit the vehicle…

Seat covers did not fit the vehicle they were sold as being for. Inka took exception to my complaint, insisting that they should fit, basically implying I was lying or an idiot. I sent them back (at my expense) and was eventually refunded (less the cost of postage I paid with ways!). Cannot recommend.

WHERES MY ORDER

WHERES MY ORDER! ordered over 5 weeks ago, sent sevral emails, no response, no order recieved yet they took my money ok. I've tried calling but it's just a message saying email. Which I've done. How do I get my money back. I don't know what else to do. What is more upsetting is this was a present for my sons birthday A MONTH AGO!
