Shocking service

Shocking service. I waited over 6 weeks for the seat covers to arrive. Despite emailing them, I never even had an apology. When they did arrive, the floor mat was missing. I'm still waiting for this several weeks later. When I complained, the response was that they had a manufacturing issue that was 'quite inconvenient for us too'. Terrible company do not buy anything from them!!!!

Impressive seat covers

This is the second set of VW covers I have purchased from INKA.
My previous ones were for my California. Both sets are really well thought out and every little detail has been considered.
Can really recommend.

Bought bmw car mats

Bought bmw car mats. The quality is outstanding.
There was a bit of a wait but that’s understandable with not ordering from that large retailer .
I would not hesitate to use your company for further products

Avoid this company.

Avoid this company.
Was told one week delivery, still waiting one month later.
Cancelled my order as bought covers elsewhere.
Very rude and ignore emails, if they do decide to reply, they are very abrupt.
Trying to get a refund is very difficult as they just ignore you.
I'd avoid them like the plague.

Recently ordered some custom seat…fabulous, very happy.

Recently ordered some custom seat covers for my 2019 transit custom. Didn’t realise at first that they would have to be made but corresponding emails with Mike reassured me they were on with it. They came a day early and look absolutely fabulous. We build specialist bespoke fishing vehicles and these look the business. We went for the green tartan to match our vans colour ( not a tartan van lol) with green stitching. They even have the INKA logo on a label stitched on the side which look rather good and green stitching also. Well worth the wait for us anyway. Will definitely be adding theses to our next build. 👌

Exceptional service

Exceptional service from start to finish.
I originally messaged Inka as I wasn’t sure which model would fit my new van and they were so patient and helpful throughout the whole process.
The seat covers came in 1 week after order was placed and they did not disappoint. They are robust, high quality and look absolutely stunning.
I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Will be ordering my floor mats next to match!

High quality manufactured product.

Delivery was within the month ordered which given product is manufactured to order was a perfectly acceptable timescale.
Inka covers received were of high quality and standard.
We had minor fitting issue which was dealt with promptly by Customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and dealing with them for future purchases.

Ordered rear seat covers for transit…

Ordered rear seat covers for transit custom.
The bad: wait time for product was much longer than stated on website
The good: product once it arrived is outstanding, the fit, the quality, the ease of install.
I chased my order a number of times and always got a speedy and concise response.
If you want a really decent product and are happy to wait then order from here. I would buy again and manage my delivery expectations.

Shocking

Shocking, saw all the reviews about delays and emailed them directly before purchasing as wanted seats protected. Site says 3-5 days dispatch. Took 5 weeks. If you’re happy to wait then the product is decent. Just be prepared for the wait

Leather seat covers

Ordered a full set for my T6 and they came in good time considering they go through an embroidery shop. Was an issue with the front seat covers but collection was arranged by INKA and new ones were sent out and arrived correct.

Appaling customer service

Appaling customer service, seat covers arrived after 4 weeks and were missing a whole set for a front seat, those that i did try and fit, fitted badly and then when i asked to return this was resisted with a threat of if they are not in original boxing a refund would not be provided. The original box was opened when it arrived and in poor condition without fitting instructions for the covers. All this for £500 pounds which has still not been paid bank. Do not deal with this company as they go quiet when they need to provide you money back because of their incompetence.

Very long wait ,when seat covers…

[Just had a request for a date when these can be picked up when i get a refund i shall update my review ] ....Very long wait ,when seat covers finally arrived they were not what I wanted, they are like a cheap rain mac. Wanted to return them, on the website it says I can use the free returns label on the invoice, it is not there so I contacted them with all the information requested the free returns label. Just had a reply saying send it back for a refund but no mention of my requested returns label. Have had several email exchanges they are insisting I have to pay for the postage to return the seat covers. Website looks good and so do the pictures but I wish I had not used them , there is a reason there are more 1star than 5 star reviews. After a bit of to and fro I have received my refund so have updated to three stars

Transit Custom seat covers…

There are mixed reviews for this company, however they had the patern and style of cover i was looking for so i decided to give them a try.
I ordered on 25th December and my seat covers arrived 21st January
I sent one follow up email to enquire about the ETA for delivery and this was replied to very quickly, they gave me an acurate ETA for delivery.
The seat covers are well made and look great, they were easy enough to fit, they do not come with instructions which is a shame but you can work it out with a bit of trial and error.
Overall i would say the delivery is a bit on the slow side but i was prepared for that having read other reviews, the product is very good and i cannot fault the service i received.

Do not order from here over 5 weeks…

Do not order from here over 5 weeks waiting…. Said they were dispatched but the Parcelforce code does not exist! Every time you email it’s “in manufacturing” then they said they have dispatched which of course is a lie…. Could have easily got some next day but shopped around and these looked great online terrible experience and no offer of refund or discount!!!

Shocking communication

Shocking communication, says 3-5 days on the website, took 6 and a half weeks for delivery, whenever you email to find out order status as you’ve not been updated you get told the order is in the “sewing and embroidery process” I had to take out a PayPal case against inka to actually get any proper communication via phone which they then asked me to close the case to enable them to deliver the item, which I refused but offered to close it once delivered. Not delivered the covers for both front seats don’t fit properly. They look awful and are very baggy and look cheap. On their website they look great, must be a photoshopped image. Would not recommend at all.
