The materials are okay, but the seat covers are a poor fit and cover safety features on the seat.
There are no instructions (needed for a triple van seat).
We got random parts from other packs (maybe someone is missing one)
They have no customer service and don't respond to emails, calls or messages.

Ordered goods, that were never sent , no communication or responses, only able to get refund via credit supplier . Update: had a message explaining that they are struggling with demand and uk services have moved back into UK to help with the issue -

Terrible company. Do not buy from these. We ordered a month ago. They said they have sent the parcel 3 weeks ago. We've not received anything and they will not reply to emails. They take your money and ghost you. Avoid at all cost.

3 months and still no sign of my order
Ordered seat covers for a brand new van on 22nd February and as of today (18th may) its still not been delivered. What's worse is that on multiple occasions I've been given assurances via email that my order will be dispatched "by the end of the week at the latest". They seemed happy enough to take my money but since then all I've had are lies.

No delivery or communication

They keep ignoring requests for refunds and claim its been sent or being sent that same day for delivery tomorrow. Nothing actually gets delivered.
I have tried ringing their advertised number but gets cut off. I was trying to avoid going through the bank but clearly they intend to hold on to the money.
Like everyone else, ordered, paid and then nothing. I get automated responses saying they have a new customer service team now and someone will contact me the next day with a status, but no one ever has. Luckily paid on credit card so will claim it back. Would not recommend.

Ordered and paid for transit custom seat covers in January (in stock according to website) still not arrived no refund received after numerous complaints no phone call received as promised. Absolute con artist. I should have read the reviews
Delayed refund
After having waited a long time for our covers to arrive, we discovered they had been incorrectly ordered (completely our fault). Following discussion it was agreed that we could return them for a refund, this we did some 6 weeks ago, needless to say we are still awaiting payment despite reassurance from Inka that the refund would only take between 3-5 days. A company that doesn’t have a phone number is not being more efficient as they would have you believe on their answer phone message, they just don’t want to deal with their customers. I would not trust them again…..
If a representative from Inka would like to prove me wrong then I will gladly alter this review …..

I orderd seat covers for a 2020 peugeot partner van, spoke to customer service on Friday and was told they would be dispatched that day and they was and I received then on monday and that was to Ireland! Very happy with the product fit and look well 👍

Ordered seat covers on28/3/26 numerous emails sent and only a couple replies both promising they would be dispatched the following week then had a phone call saying they would be dispatched last week and still nothing I’ve now asked for a refund as it’s a joke .Wish I read the reviews before ordering and the website still says delivery between 3-5 working days AVOID

Placed a £500 order in March 2026 expecting 2-5 day delivery as specified on the website. Contacted support who explained to wait 2 more weeks due to high demand. I have since emailed them and not received a response. I am still waiting for my full set of VW seat covers. Please do not use this company.

Order for citroen van seat covers.
Placed an order for some van seat covers beginning of March, no sign after two weeks, emailed and was told they will posted out within the week, waited two more weeks and still no sign, all the while little to no email correspondence, requested a full refund with the company, no reply, put in a request for my credit card open a case on them then miraculously they turn up (placed the order 3rd March delivered 28th April) Opened the package to find the passenger cover fits but the drivers does not. What an absolute joke, just give it up, it's not working.

I ordered my seat covers 5 weeks ago, it said on the website that the covers were in stock.
As it turns out they are made to order.
I decided to wait it out, give the benefit of the doubt, what I was seeing was a company in a crisis, this was explained when I emailed. They didn’t have amount staff producing the covers to keep up with the demand. The covers are made in the uk and I do think it’s important to support Uk businesses. I see a lot of people saying they didn’t get any reply but To be fair I got a reply eventually every time I emailed but judging by the amount of bad reviews I guess they are swamped with emails.
All I can say about my order is that the seat covers are amazing quality and were well worth the wait! It will take some time but just be patient as you will receive your covers eventually and you won’t be disappointed.
What’s letting this company down is the communication with customers, the website needs sorting out, its needs to be clear for the realistic delivery time when making an order and it should not say in stock if the covers need to be made to order. Overall I am very happy with the covers, credit where credit is due but they need to sort the logistics out. I hope they can turn it around and I hope people can understand how difficult it is to run a business right now in the uk, everything is against you and you just have a little patience’s…it’s not Amazon 😉

late delivery, poor service
Save yourself the trouble, hassle and disappointment - look elsewhere for what you need.
We ordered a couple seat covers for one of our company vehicles near end of March.
T&C's on website state they aim for delivery in 5 working days. Well, don't hold your breath on that one. They are quick to take your payment for the order but not as quick to ship the order.
Order was delayed, and multiple email attempts sent to try to track our order went unanswered; nor do they answer the phone. The Phone no. on their website goes into an automated system stating all queries are to be emailed. Why bother listing a phone no. for contact if you wont answer it ?
Order was finally delivered a month later
Extremely disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service care.
