I rang, rang, rang, rang and rang - 12 times. Nobody could be bothered to answer.

I tried to reduce my order by 1 cartridge, but nobody replied to my email. I sent it about 20 minutes after I sent the 1st email.

Totally disgusted with this company especially as I was a first time new customer.

ordered ink friday 4pm and received the ink saturday morning.

I've been an Inkredible.co.uk customer for year now and always found them to be fast, efficient and reliable. On my recent order I found I had 2 broken tabs on the cartridge. I contacted the company via web-chat and Rebecca, one of their staff sorted out the problem in minutes. Absolutely fantastic customer service!

Any issue, they will make it right and products are of great quality (only issues I had were related to my printer, not their products, and they helped anyway!)

Amazing company, I got my cannon pixma mg5750 compatible cartridges at a fraction of the cost, I usually buy and I had trouble with printer, my issue was resolved very promptly, thanks to the fantastic customer service, I was guided and followed the instructions.I will always buy from this company !

After much internal soul searching and a solid recommendation from the Which Consumer Website I decided to try these compatible cartridges as the HP originals are very expensive. I bought a full set of the compatible cartridges (1 black and 3 colour) and installed all of them except the orginal HP Magenta (which still had a fair bit of ink in it). Black/Gray printing with the compatible was always excellent but the colour reproduction was rather drab. After some time I replaced the remaining HP Magenta with an INKredible Magenta cartidge so now I had a full set of INKredible inks installed (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow). The difference was amazing, improving the colour reproduction to what I would describe as excellent. The support from INKredible (Callum and Nichola) was also excellent.

I have bought cartridges for some time from Inkredible to support my Brother J890DW ink-jet printer. The company is indeed very prompt and very efficient; and the cartridges are indeed much cheaper than the official ones. However, I have now repeatedly met two problems: (i) Some newly-supplied cartridges are not recognised by the printer. This isn't because I have ordered the wrong ones, since others from the same source are recognised. (ii) I quite often need to clean the print-heads (wasting ink) and now the cyan one seems permanently clogged. Interestingly the printer explicitly detects alien cartridges. I fear that one just has grit one's teeth and pay the Brother price for their branded product.

In(k)credible customer service and products for my Epson printer. Out of my myriad of orders from these people, I had one cyan cartridge which wouldn't feed. I put a new one in and, because I had to do 4 head cleaning routines caused by the faulty cartridge, I used 40-50% of the ink. Emailed them, offered me a free replacement, but also gave me a 50% discount as I was ordering another set of 5. Order on way already. 10 stars if possible.

Ordered ink at 14.39 on Friday, delivered at 10.45 on Saturday. Top quality at a fraction of the Canon price.

I was on the hunt for reasonably charged ink for my canon printer, initially thought this had to be a scam because of how cheap it was, or low-quality ink at least.... but nope!!!! there is NO DIFFERENCE between this ink and the canon. It's 1/5 of the price and 1/3 compared to the Cartridge People. Inkredible customer for life :)

My inks order was left at an unknown address by Royal Mail. INKredible are resending the order to me by DPD. Great customer service from this company. I can thoroughly recommend them.

What an inkcredible Company to deal with. I have been a customer for many years and always have great inks sent to me, which happily run in my mega-expensive canon printer. The service is second super fast delivery great prices. Thank you for helping my little company to run smoothly.

We ordered our ink cartridges on line on December 31 2022. Todays date is January 25 2023. Have contact back email four time, because we have not gotten our order. Was given a tracking number that usps says isn’t correct.so today we did called our credit card to do a dispute on charges, which was charged to my card industry January 03,2022. I would be aware of this company. Because there’s no number posted to speak with a live person to resolve any problems…

Amazing company to deal with.
After working for months, my printer suddenly decided to reject an ink cartridge. After trying for ages to fix it myself, I gave up and contacted Inkredible to see if they'd heard of the problem before. They were very helpful and suggested a fix. Unfortunately it didn't work so they very quickly sent a replacement cartridge to try. That fixed the problem. Thank you Inkredible. Highly recommended.

Bought a colour laser printer in lockdown for all the worksheets school sent home, not realising how expensive replacement toner cartridges would be. The ones that came with it lasted a decent amount of time but when it eventually ran out I took a chance on inkredible after reading the reviews and although it does register as non-branded on the printer itself, it's worked perfectly from day one. Been using it for 3 months now and still going strong, so now the colour ones need replacing I'm off to buy them from inkredible.

I’ve been a customer for a number of years and always had good service. I’ve just had a live chat with a real person while looking for advice on a new printer. He didn’t even try to make me buy it from Inkredible . His advice was totally impartial. Of course I will buy it from them.

I have been contacted by the manager of INKredible.co.uk, He explained that they had not recently reviewed the price of the ink for that Canon model as it had a negligible turnover and therefore was not flagged up on their system. Perhaps had I approached the company directly they would have immediately remedied the situation. As an example of good faith, I had £10 refunded to me.
Will I use this company again? Yes, absolutely!

I checked their reviews all seemed good. However I did not check their prices against the canon brand prices first. The upshot of that is that I paid this company a little more than I would have if I had purchased the manufacturers own brand. So I paid more and received a copy of the original! My fault of course.
