Is INKredible justified? Yes, they are/it is. As far as I know, you can’t phone them but their service is responsive and their products add value. They are not a hassle to trade with. I will certainly use them again without hesitation.

Great product at excellent prices and very fast delivery. Callum provided fantasic support when I was unsure about what product to buy. Brilliant service.

Please avoid buying ink cartridges from this company. The saying “you pay for what you get is true” Two packs of HP364 cartridges ordered and arrived very quickly but when you open them, they are over full, ink goes everywhere, fingers, carpets, paper and my photocopier says there is an issue with all four cartridges, so I replaced them with the other pack, and the same thing happened, ink everywhere and do not work. Now using genuine cartridges and everything is fine. Maybe its just this range of cartridges but they are a different build standard and are really poor standard with clearly no quality inspection.

We used Inkredible for our ink order of 20+ cartridges.
For some reason 3 months later when I changed a cartridge it didn't register with my printer. Called up Inkredible. No problem.. No quible, a fresh new cartridge arrives 2 days later.
Cracking customer service. WELL DONE!

I ordered last Sunday evening and received cartridges on Tuesday with free delivery.

Outstanding service from a first rate company. I have been using their ink cartridges for years and always been 100% satisfied. I had a problem with one cartridge this week and sought advice from their excellent customer service department. Within 20 hours a free replacement cartridge was in my hands! Customer service does not come any better than that. I unreservedly recommend INKredible to all. Their products, prices and customer care are exceptional.

Fantastic service, as always, for our latest order. Placed order at 15.23 last Friday, received email 15.41 confirming despatch and arrived by Royal Mail 10.30am the following day. The ink gives good quality prints on the posters we produce for our company.

I ordered a complete set of four replacement cartridges for my Epson XP 2105 printer
on Friday morning which arrived the following day, Saturday. What an excellent service! Quality cartridges which never disappoint. I have been ordering from INKredible a few times and have never been disappointed. Not the cheapest cartridges available online, but you get what you pay for: Excellent quality ink for your printer and a first class service. Using cheap cartridges for your printer is not advisable, as they can easily damage an expensive printer.

Perfect service, I had ordered compatible toner for an HP laserjet Pro 400 MF475DW, the original order arrived within 2 days, after the yellow toner had leaked their customer support were quick to replace these. On the whole, great customer service, very reasonable prices for toner and would happily recommend them

Fantastic and would highly recommend. I have used them a few times now and the delivery is super prompt. The cartridges are readily accepted by the printer and register as genuine and work just fine. And the savings are very substantial. Will happily keep ordering from them.

I ordered a new set of cartridges and emailed a question to Steph at INKredible about XL cartridges. She responded immediately and even sent me a free black cartridge. Their products have worked well and lasted as long as the original manufactures offerings, because of the above and the fact they are 4 x less expensive than Epson cartridges, I would have no reservations in using them again or recommending this company. NB... next day delivery was a bonus.

These guys are my go-to for ink. Usually get Canon compatible cartridges and never had a problem. Support are lovely. Delivery is really fast, they dispatch with lightning speeds which is handy because I’m always forgetful with ink and can’t wait a couple days for it to get here.

You can always tell a quality supplier by the way they react to a problem
I have used INKredible inks many times without problems and the quality value is very good.
My last batch of mixed ink had a faulty Cyan which was replaced immediately within 24 hours together with an apology.

I purchased a black toner cartridge for my HP Color Laser Jet Pro M452nw. Although the printer stated it was not a genuine HP product it still accepted it and works perfectly. 5 stars.
