Very efficient service, fast turnaround time and our first lot of sample have printed beautifully. We love the intuitive website and the ability to make mockups before ordering. Em and Mary also sped through an order needed last minute. Very happy with Inkthreadable so far, and look forward to working with them more in the future.

Can't fault these guys, used them several times now for business and personal tees, always great quality print and wide choice of quality blanks to print on and your order is turned around within a few days ..... :)

Em and to be fair all inkthreadable staff are highly responsive and work to fix any issues as fast as possible. The high product selection of blanks, large printing area and quality are fantastic and better then any other brands I have tried previously.

I approached Inkthreadable as a potential long-term supplier for my brand. What followed was a steady pattern of quality failures, production errors, and unsatisfactory resolutions that have cost me significant time, money, and ultimately, trust.

My very first order contained a misprint, which was replaced correctly after I raised the issue.

In my second order, I received a hat that was produced without 3D foam embroidery, despite me selecting that option. I was only informed after production that my design didn’t meet the specifications for 3D foam and only because I chased them.

The same order also included a vest print which degraded badly after just 5 washes.

My third order was a sample run costing over £300. This batch contained multiple print issues: warped text, deformed lettering, patchy coverage, and poor edge definition. Despite these clear faults, I’ve only been offered a partial refund of around £200, with the remaining garments now unusable for my product range.

Throughout, I’ve had to continually chase for updates, responses, and resolutions.

While isolated problems can happen in any production environment, this has been a consistent pattern across every order. Even after previous issues were raised and acknowledged, further orders still failed basic quality control.

Beyond the financial loss, the time spent chasing resolutions, reviewing faulty samples, and repeatedly revising production plans has cost me far more — both in lost production windows and momentum for my brand.

On customer service. No ownership of the quality issues at all.

I have a generic "We're sorry that your not happy with the products". This isn't an apology.

Try "we're sorry we've messed up"... At least try to sound like you care...

The team at Inkthreadable are so effective at answering questions and rectifying any issue - however small it might be. Working with them has been very enjoyable.

If I had one thing to take issue with about the service, it would the inability to categorize the products I've created by product type, instead of artwork type, but this doesn't overshadow the great customer service and speedy turnaround they provide.

Response was quick, accurate and ultimately resolved my issue in no time.

People ask where I got my T-shirt from, thinking I should say something, but I want to keep it a big secret. But no! I've sent a few people your way. I recently joined these guys for my Brand (ZR) and I’ve had no problem. The tops turn out brilliant. Quality tees and prints and they get it done with 3/4 days. And I’ve got used to their website so I can simply import new design and select tee and saved and import to website. It has saved me so much hassle. I am very happy with them.

I’m just in the process of starting the journey with Etsy and print on demand. Was scratching my head over providers but decided to go with Inkthreadable.
