Grateful for Maitrey and InMotion’s support

I do not leave reviews often, but Maitrey and InMotion Hosting’s Hacked Website Repair Service team really helped us through a difficult situation. Our site had been repeatedly hacked, and it was challenging to fully identify and remove the root cause.

Maitrey was patient, knowledgeable, and persistent throughout the process. He helped restore the site from a clean backup, remove the viruses and malware, and finally close the security hole that was causing the issue.

Great service in general

Great service in general. Support it's very variable, you can get a super customer oriented agent, however, not all the team members have that attitude present. Tim E. was amazing, got in charge of the situation and helped me to solve it in the first interaction (not for all interactions). Tim rules!!!

InMotion is a great English speaking…

InMotion is a great English speaking help personnel. My only issue I have is the sales team sold me an account telling me in writing they have Joomla techs on staff which they do not. I am a seasoned Joomla user so not a huge deal for me but if you are a Joomla developer and need lots of assistance this may not be the place for you.

Inmotion Tech Support A++

My site had been down all day and it did not matter what I tried I could not get the site back up and working. At Inmotion Tech support I was lucky enough to get Scott as my tech person. The fix was not easy and Scott hung in there until he got my site back up and running. The Chat Support is one of the big reasons why I have used Inmotion Hosting for years. I highly recommend them and no this is not an affiliate recommending Inmotion Hosting.
