Top notch. Great machine built almost exactly to schedule (and very good communication on changes to that schedule), runs silently, good speed and good reliability. Couriers inflicted some minor damage to the unit in transit and almost instantaneous customer service gave three options on possible remedies (from which I chose the quickest and easiest). Would never buy from the big firms again. Great firm, great product. Keep it up!

Best computer build experience i have ever had with these guys, super helpful and friendly, and the wait for my 3080 was no where near as long as other places, highly recommend inside tech for all builds and thank you guys for all your help with my build.

Fantastic customer service took me through all the options including advice and help on how to install Roon, all before placing my order. The unit arrived quickly and works perfectly, almost no heat from it despite it being on 24/7, even when being pushed hard. The money I saved compared to a bespoke unit from Roon was huge. I could not be happier.
Aftersales service was also first rate, giving me advice on a software issue that was quickly resolved. This advice was given after I'd had the NUC for 12 months.

I have been very pleased with the pre-sales support from Inside-Tech. I gave a list of my requirements and Chris replied very promptly (on a Sunday, even) with answers to my questions and a proposed specification (which I ended up ordering).
His knowledgeable answers were able to dispel a few of my misconceptions about the hardware and avoid me making mistakes.
I am looking forward to receiving my new PC.

Update: PC received within 3 days of ordering and it is working really well. Happy customer.

Fantastic service and great quality products. We are upgrading our office machines and was given help in choosing an appropriate solution. Machines were built to spec and promptly delivered. The difference is amazing !. Would not hesitate to recommend. Will also be upgrading my home office shortly and will certainly use Inside Tech for this too.

A great experience from start to finish. The service was excellent and the end product (Roon Fanless Server) was exactly what I was looking for. The setup instructions were clear and easy to follow. Couldn't be happier.

Fantastic customer support, I purchased a PC for an upcoming birthday, and they built it before the order was even put through to ensure it arrived on time. Aswell as this brilliant support the company provided a free upgrade to the computer which will make a good birthday a great one. Cannot recommend this company enough good prices and brilliant support.

A great supplier. I bought a gaming machine with an RTX 3080 which they put together for me in just a few days despite the shortages of those graphics cards. I only roughly described what I wanted and they came up with the perfect deal. James and Chris are great guys to deal with.
