This company is the best in telecomunications when dealing with the cutomer. It does not matter If the problem is taking a while to fix but you know they are always striving to do the very best and keep you informed all the way via email or phone calls. I have dealt with Meghan a number of of times in two years, and Megahan is always a great help and is a human being giving top notch customer service.

Open Reach set up
my wife and I appreciate the help that Ryan did on our behalf when he tracked down the reason for a high bill to the fact that Open Reach were charging for 100 calls when my two phone lines were ringing each other on occasion. This could have happened my wife rang from the garden with a message, or vice versa.

EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY! I truly cannot recommend this company enough. From my very first conversation with them, their service has been outstanding, and their customer support is exceptional. Superb customer service team
The customer service team (Megan and Ryan) are first class. I had some starter issues with my broadband after I had changed to Inspire Telecom and the team persisted in supporting me and trying new ways of resolving the issues until it was finally cleared.
Persistence and professionalism was what I experienced with them and would certainly give them 10/10 for that problem solving approach

Inspire Telecoms customer service is excellent. Megan called me regarding a previous query I had. Whilst she was on the phone I told her about a problem I was having accessing certain apps on one of my TVs. Megan looked into it straight away, explained what she was doing with her technology where she was, and told me the problem may resolve in a few hours if not the next day. She would phone the next day to make sure the problem had righted itself. The problem did not solve that evening, but the next day my apps were working, so whatever she did was great. No trouble at all for her she said to call as soon as, or if it goes wrong again. I must say nothing is too much trouble for her she is marvellous!
