Unable to download product. Poor customer service. Asked for a refund…still have not heard back!

My download didn't work. I reached out to you via chat and email and heard nothing. I am disputing the charges with my bank.

Had a problem installing key. Had to call Microsoft for a numbers key. Did get it registered that way.
Sent you folks an email asking for help. May email was not answered. 😩

NEVER received product for download or product key. An e-mail states my order was completed on 4/9 at 7:51 am. It is now 4/11 at 8:26 and I am still waiting to receive my product. I have sent multiple e-mails to the help desk and have received NO RESPONSE and NO PRODUCT.

After getting the program to downloaded I haven’t been able to run it. I’ve emailed costumer support and haven’t gotten a response.

Had issue with install, requested assistance numerous times and never received a reply

This company sucks! was sold a MS office version that has been used and has exceeded the limit of users! Scammers wont even respond to my emails or answer the phone.

My software won’t install. I sent an e-mail to help and got zero response now in third day

I waited about 4 hours after I received the receipt, then requested a product id and installation instructions. Customer support responded in a few mintes and I was good to go. Installation went wel. A quality product, excellent customer support, nice installation and good price = 5 stars.

Could not get software download to install and could not get any assistance from anyone. I do not recommend this site to anyone.

we have tried three times to get customer support and we are not getting a response.

Have a new 2024 computer. Instant License has a now obsolete 2021 install program incompatible with latest
MS Suite release. Called-no reply. Emailed help and no reply! Emailed 2 SECOND TIME and still NO REPLY!
Contacting my bank for a refund.

I can’t download the instant license as my computer says it has a virus. I have sent several emails cancelling the license. It’s been 2 weeks, and I’ve not been refunded. I can’t find a phone number to call, either.

Unable to load the software! Made 4 attempts for Support with NO RESPONCE from the support group! Needed to get an assignment down on my new computer. After 7 days I scraped the attempts to load the software, went to another vendor and was up in operation in several hours. Notified my credit card company of the purchase.

The product wouldn't load. I have a request for help in right now, but apparently I have to wait until Monday (or later) for a response/help. It's no good if you can't use it. Bottom line!

I was looking for PDF software...Came across your site on the internet, Saw the Adobe Acrobat DC. I purchased it I receiver a link with the license ID downloaded it into my computer and since I've had it I've been using it. So far so good it's been working great.
