there was nothng downloaded it is a scam

The file was zipped and would not open. I was not told to unzip it. I had to pay my computer guy for his time to remote control my computer to help me. I had sent my issue to your help people but they never suggested to unzip.

Purchased Microsoft software from Instant License Delivery. They provided a link to download the software. The executable software did not work. Called their Cheyenne office multiple times and left voice mail for their customer service to call me back. They did not respond back.

Also, sent them multiple emails to their help support explaining the problem. The help support did not respond.

The software did not work and was a huge disappointment. Do not purchase from this company.

Received the link to download Microsoft Office. If you follow the instructions, it's a piece of cake to get it on your computer. I even bought a separate license for my wife's computer. Glad I found Instant License.

The automatic email with my license number and instructions did not come. After I contacted customer service- they sent it to me

Unable to install Microsoft office software. I followed exactly the instructions. Called them but it goes directly to voicemail. Also emailed them but still no response. Going to request refund on my purchase.

The reason In gave only 4 stars is there needs to be clear instructions that only the link on the email which gives the activation code is live.

after purchase, install instructions were clear however no matter how many times I followed the instructions word for word NO PRODUCT. no download, no install, and no help from anyone from their supposed "help" team. it might be 100 dollars more but buying directly from the Microsoft store I had everything I wanted, downloaded and installed in less than 10 minutes. Don't waste your money. buy someplace else.

Nothing happens after I hit run. Product key does not work. No response to my e-mail to help.

I can order Microsft Word 2024. I tried to call 307-219-0069, but your side has no connection. Either refund my money or call (520) 742-7028.
I need to install my ordered Software.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 lifetime for 1 user. I did receive instruction for downloading product along with activation key. Instructions advised to remove any Office products as the installation would be problematic. I also did that. Downloaded zip file, and clicked on Click to Run. Defender notified me that running the app might put my PC at risk... I did not get the Microsoft 365 and Office window shown in install instructions aqs a verified publisher... I've sent two requests to their help suggested in order email ..Nada, haven't heard anything and don't have Word, Excell, etc because they had me remove to install download which hasn't loaded ....

I have never been able to download the program. Therefore I paid for something it seems I will never get to use. The first time I emailed for help assistance was provided quickly. The second time I never received a response. Very frustrated and regret my purchase

Activation did not work. No tech support that was helpful.

I want to cancel. Your link didn't work and I found another product elsewhere that did workk.

Download file contained a virus. Verified by more than one virus detection software while trying to install. Couldn't use the software purchased.
