I researched ITS and was impressed with the information that I found. When I contacted them, they were quick to respond to our needs. At all times our contacts by phone or email were handled in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Our representatives always made us feel comfortable and helped assure us that the correct solution was being pursued. After just a few phone/email conversations we felt like our representatives could not have been better matched for us and our tax issues.

So, I had years of unfiled taxes and it seemed to snowball as the years went on. I had talked with several places and all wanted like 4k to even talk to you. If I had it I would have put it towards my taxes. Not only did Instant Tax Solutions get me all caught up on my filings, they have ways to make it affordable so you can get back on track. I still have a long ways to go but Mark, Michelle and Tom are always there when I need them. I can't say enough how truly thankful I am to you all! My husband and I are self employed. As it turned out, we made a mess of our taxes. The mess we made was starting to snowball, affecting everything in our lives. After the IRS put a lien on our property, We were bombarded with companies that wanted to help us fix the problem. So I did my homework and talked to most of them. I compared them and made sure to ask the same questions to each of them. Instant tax solutions looked like the best. Although at first, I was frustrated and trusted no one. So glad we chose them. Let me tell you why.
1) Their staff is patient and friendly.
2) They answered all questions thoroughly and addressed all concerns big or small.
3) Things were done in a timely manner.
4) They explained the process and kept us informed.
5) They filed taxes for us, and handled communications with the IRS.
6) They never judged us or talked down to us.
7) We had couple of hiccups while paying the down money to get started and they came up with options to get us back on track.
8) Even though our issues are in resolution, they still make themselves available to us.
Dealing with tax issues is never pleasant, but Instant Tax Solutions made it painless to save thousands.

I’m writing this review based on my overall experience with Instant Tax Solutions.  They’ve been wonderful to work with, providing responsive and personalized service, with what I feel are reasonable rates. 
Since this was the first time we’d ever engaged with a company such as Instant Tax Solutions I wasn’t sure what to expect.  Rick (our Account Manager) took me through the process, fact finding with me in order to establish a game plan.  The culmination of which was Instant Tax Solutions representing us, acting as a trusted advisor that we can count on and negotiating the best possible settlement on our behalf. 
One of the services provided by Instant Tax are CPA services to assist in completing any tax returns that have yet to be filed. I’m very appreciative of Rick working with me to get the required information together and into them.  I’d also like to acknowledge Eric for his responsiveness, always being available to assist if Rick is not.
All in all I’ve felt very valued as a customer and pleased that we chose Instant Tax to assist us!  If you’re in a similar situation, it would be worth your time to have a discussion with them.

I have just completed my settlement case with Instant Tax Solutions. There have been several people working on my case and they all have done a great job.
