Did my due diligence, checked BBB, 3rd party review sites, Whois domain lookup, reverse phone search and then decided to reach out.

Just got off the phone with them. They listened to my exact situation, which was recently filed old taxes, and accrued penalties, which are more then the debt itself, up to date filings on all years, currently in a payment plan with the IRS., and the ability to repay. He asked all relevant information, my monthly payments (which are HIGH), etc.

Then the best part! He told me exactly what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear... Which is that, I was already in the best situation that I could be in all things considered, and that he could not guarantee the savings for my account would be greater than the cost of the services, and did not want to throw away my time or money, or make any promises he couldn’t keep. Also, was kind enough to give a recommendation on directly checking with the IRS for a solution later. (based on another IRS program).

Seriously... in this era, who has that type of integrity?

Also, I did bring up that the number seen on the flyer I received, the BBB and Website were different 888's. Turns out they are a nationwide company with many different regional campaigns. Makes perfect sense to me. (Also, you do not have to ask the customer how they heard about you, if you have a number per media type or region, Good professional business choice).

I've always been a person who's had trouble keeping up with my taxes and mail. That's primarily because my profession doesn't give me a lot of time to fill out all the forms and documents required to file my taxes, even when I was on a break or at home with my kids. I read many great reviews/testimonials and I knew I had to try and file my taxes with their help. With the help of these people and my tech savvy son, it has been truly a weight lifted off my shoulders. The people working at the company were diligent, responsive and attentive.

Instant Tax Solutions expertly negotiated a payment plan for us with the IRS in a difficult case. They were always responsive and helpful in handling our case for a very reasonable fee. They stuck with it and persisted for months in the face of initial and ongoing resistance by the IRS. I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing difficulties with the IRS.

My experience with Instant Tax Solutions was very unfavorable. I told them UPFRONT I was in a financial bind and would need to pay their fees over time. I paid $750 in payments and provided them with all of the financial information they requested. I even filed my 2019 tax return early so they could try and compromise any potential tax liability I owed for 2019. Thankfully, I had very little tax liability for 2019 and was able to pay it off. I tried to get straight answers about my options and only heard time and time again that I needed to pay off their exorbitant fee. I received daily emails from the Company about having to close my case because I had not paid my contract in full. I experienced more frustration, anxiety and harassment trying to deal with them than I ever experienced with the IRS. I would never recommend this Company. They are quick to sign you up but will not give you an honest answer to your questions until they have all of the money upfront. I was on an installment contract to pay their fee and was never behind on monthly payments. I requested that they refund my money and they refused to do so because they claim they had worked on my file for 6 months. I had absolutely nothing to show for that alleged 6 months of work.
