I cannot say enough great things about Instant Tax Solutions (ITS). Back in March of 2014 IRS had seized the balance in my checking account. After searching the internet for firms that could help me I called ITS. I was contacted by John Nelson of ITS. I had filed extensions for number of years but had not filed tax returns. We discussed what needed to be done and what ITS’s fee was going to be. Finally in January of 2020 a payment was made to IRS in an Offer in Compromise for all my past problems. I bring this up because never once in all the years of working on my behalf did they attempt to increase the fee they originally agreed to, very admirable. The person handling my case was Mark Walstrom who was very attentive, never held anything back, knew his business and did a great job. Since 2014, ITS has also filed my tax returns at an additional fee which is more than fine with me. In fact they will continue to file my returns as long as I am alive. ITS is a great company who knows what they are doing, live up to their word, obtain results and are a pleasure to deal with under a very stressful situation.

Everyone I dealt with at ITS was very professional in every way and courteous.
I was not real happy however with the final results of getting my IRS problem resolved or at least the balance reduced. Basically, I paid the fee and was told that the whole balance was due to the IRS and they could help with the arrangement of payments to them. This could have been done by my own tax accountant when my return was filed at no extra charge. ITS did help in submitting the proper forms to the IRS and trying to at least get penalties reduced. Christine was very professional and thorough in helping with the process.
I was just hoping for a better result and an elimination or reduction of what we owe the Government.

I am very appreciative of Mark’s help on a messy tax situation. I felt like he genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help me. He was a good listener and always prompt about returning calls and texts.
