Good range of products at good prices, easy to order, good communications. Delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful, delivering exactly where I wanted. Goods were well packaged on a pallet. They were covered in polythene sheet and there was no damaged goods .

The insulation was ordered and a delivery date identified, on the day of the delivery the delivery time was defined and via a link you could track the it.
It arrived as predicted and was loaded into my garage with not issues.

Second time I've used this company. Not the cheapest, but the prices are lower than the sheds, and most of the building suppliers. Deliveries have always been good. This time I got a tracking app via messenger. Perfect. No damage, driver helpful and considerate where he parked the vehicle, unlike other company drivers.

The insulation was delivered on the day specified. If I had not been monitoring the tracking I could have been caught out as the actual delivery was 2 hours earlier than stated on the tracking system.
Some of the sheets were damaged. I can work around this as some cutting will be required, however, I would have preferred them to have been delivered undamaged.

Ordered a batch 50mm insulation boards late on Thursday with an asap note. Immediate response - delivery could be scheduled for next Wednesday. Took delivery today as advised. Crowded residential road with lots of parked cars. Delivery driver unfazed didn't want any vehicles moved, then most helpfully placedthe load exactly where needed. For the price and service I heartily recommend this company!
