Great prices and first class service all round

My order was placed online and confirmed together with a delivery date the next day. The delivery arrived as specified and the driver was very helpful taking a little extra time to ensure the pallets were placed on top of my skip off of the road from where I could move them at my leisure. very happy indeed!

Really pleased with the service and delivery. I ordered 6 insulated plasterboard sheets. Loved the tracking app. for delivery and the delivery driver was great.
Would have been nice to have received and order update email confirming the delivery date etc. I know the order shows up in the account but I wasn't sure it was all confirmed. Great job though and would definitely use again.

Very communicative - our chosen product was out of stock but instead of cancelling the order, they found us an alternative and delivered on our chosen date. Sally the delivery lady was amazing - she has some serious forklift skills!

Awful experience. These guys sold me £1k of Celotex, then arranged to deliver a cheaper non-name brand version for the same price. Got in touch with customer services who told me verbatim "it's like you ordered Coke and we're sending you Pepsi" which is completely ridiculous. They even had stock of the Celotex I ordered in West London - but refused to deliver it to East. Customer service staff unwilling to lift a finger to fulfil this order. Bearing in mind I've paid them a grand up-front for a premium product!

I really have to stress that last point. I spoke to two people in customer services - including a manager - both of whom seemed to think I was being unreasonable in wanting the product I'd paid for. It's like if I sent them Monopoly money and figured that would just be OK. It's been extremely frustrating to explain to two grown adults that this is a problem.

If you want the luxury of getting what you've paid for, avoid this company.

Dreadful. Cancelled original delivery at last possible minute, pushing back the delivery by 4 days, leaving me high and dry and out of pocket. Utterly unprofessional, and very definitely not 'insulation EXPRESS'. Have cancelled my order, and they have not yet responded regards returning my money (about £750). Contact is via email only, with no phone number published, and so this is now being used to avoid addressing the problem. AVOID, AVOID AVOID. Would be zero stars if that were an option.

You should understand that the delivery partners you choose are seen as you. And therefore while IE is essentially innocent here, my order has failed nonetheless, at last minute, and causing additional cost, which is not being compensated. Variable quality is poor quality. Remember that and find a distribution partner who are more reliable.

Ordered online. Unfortunately they don't deliver to Anglesey for some reason (they accepted the order knowing the postcode) but they did offered to meet in Bangor. I decided to cancel as the order was too big to bring back in a trailer. Refunded in full within an hour and a half of my cancellation e-mail. Good service!

All very good and a positive experience. Product exactly as described, delivery excellent, dead on time and really helpful driver.

Ordered PIR board and rolls of insulation, easy to order. Board substituted with same spec product at same price so no problem there. Chose delivery date and it was delivered that date. Got text messages confirming delivery today and to tell me I was next on the list and the driver was on his way. Driver was helpful. Can't fault them on any aspect.

Easy to order and you get to select a delivery date which is a bonus. This is the 2nd time i've ordered from this hassle free company and would highly recommend.

Excellent value. Goods arrived on time and driver very skillfully manoevered the pallet onto my raised garden.

Ordering and delivery service was great. Insulation boards were dirty, but going in a loft so not too bothered. The insulation tape was not very good at all, it didn't stick very well. Tape had to be doubled up in places and actually went out and bought a different tape from another retailer as it was that useless.

Great price (best I could find when you factor in the free delivery), plus speedy delivery.
Communication throughout was great too so I was never left wondering what was going on.
Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing from them again for sure.

Excellent service and the cheapest I could find. Delivered the insulation boards to the rear of my property as requested.
