Awful company
Awful company. They do not actually stock any of the items, the delivery times on the website are a total lie. They take your money and provide no order updates. If you are actually able to get hold of them on the phone, they know absolutely nothing and just blame suppliers, as everything comes straight for the suppliers.

I am so sorry about your experience with us. We do stock some items in our warehouse however we are mainly a drop ship supplier therefore a lot of our suppliers/manufacturers that we deal with do deliver directly to our customers.
Where possible our lead times are up to date on our website however on occasion items go out of stock before we are notified or there are other factors which may effect the lead times especially with some types of insulation at the moment.
As you haven't provided your order details I am unable to locate your order to see what the actual issue was so I do apologise that I cannot personalise this response to your situation.

Unfortunately my experience with this…
Unfortunately my experience with this company is very negative, placed order with them as delivery stated 2-3 days delivery, after not receiving any communications from them after 5 days I emailed requested estimate delivery date, didn’t receive a reply, 6th day rang to chase again was told they would get
Back to me. Then I got a text from courier saying delivery would be the following Wednesday so 10 days not 2 or 3.
I immediately rang and said we needed the delivery by Friday the latest or would have to cancel order.
I was kept on hold whilst they rang the delivery company to bring the delivery forward to this Friday and they confirmed it would be Friday.
After not receiving confirmation by email or text I rang again to ask for written confirmation it would be Friday only to be told that they now couldn’t do Friday, so I had to cancel the order.
Communication was very poor, if I hadn’t rang again I wouldn’t have known the order wasn’t coming Friday as expected and agreed.
All this was a total waste of my time and now I have to start again and order from a more reliable company.

Really awful customer service
Really awful customer service when it came to delivery. We were repeatedly lied to on the ETA of our delivery and it finally turned up 3.5 hours after we were told. No apology or attempt to rectify this either. Would avoid using this company.

Laughable Customer Service
Not only the worst insulation provider I have dealt with but probably the worst company. Sold me items that weren't in stock saying 1-2 days delivery and took my money. Nothing arrived and I only found out why when I chased. Promised return calls don't happen. Wait times on the phone are ridiculous but not as ridiculous as the apology script the woman who answered the phone kept repeating. It was the most condescending, patronising and laughable thing I've heard in years. She never even tried to listen to what I was saying, even though I would have taken an alternate product. She just kept repeating the same apology drivel and wouldn't deviate. The company should do everyone a favour and close. You should do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
