I ordered superfoil rolls and foil tape. The delivery information was very confusing and I could not work out who was delivering the foil and where it was being sent from. On receipt of the rolls of foil I discovered that the adhesive tape rolls where missing. There was no mention of the adhesive tape on the invoice from Insulation Superstore.
I phoned the conpany and was told that the adhesive tape was dispatched from another supplier and would probably be delivered in the next 10 days. The person I was talking to them said that she had checked and the tape was being deliver that day, but after 18:00. Great product but not very, joined up with their delivery of paper trail.
I suspect that Insulation Superstore is just a, 'dropship' seller.

My product was out of stock, they contacted me within 30 mins of my online order to find an alternative. Very well priced, fast delivery, excellent quality of products, delivery driver was very friendly and professional, great communication regarding the order updates throughout. I ordered door seals on February 17th…
I ordered door seals on February 17th and received an email from them saying an expected delivery date of February 23rd, on the 26th nothing had arrived, so I emailed them, their response was the order was being fulfilled directy with their supplier and they were chasing them for a delivery date, later that day I got another email from them, saying the delivery would be on March 3rd and they finally arrived on the 3rd, a full two weeks after I ordred them. I will never use this company again.

Perfect insulation
They had the insulation in the thickness that I was after. Delivery was fast and better value than other companies. Online ordering was straightforward and delivery details were provided. I would certainly buy from them again.
