Fast 'n' reliable building supplies
I liked that Tyvek membrane for instance could be bought by the metre. Sundry items for roofing could be obtained by parcel delivery within 2 days. Great service.

Great speedy delivery from Insulation…
Great speedy delivery from Insulation Superstore at a very competitive price. A few sheets arrived with slightly damaged edges, but fortunately this didn’t affect their usability for my project. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would happily use them again.

Straight forward purchase
Straight forward purchase, order confirmation, delivery arrangements and satisfactory off-load. Insulation boards in good condition and in working with them good quality and finish.
With free delivery on order over a relatively low threshold good value over other suppliers claiming to be cheaper.

First time I've used the Insulation…
First time I've used the Insulation Superstore and it was perfect from the initial phone call up to delivery. Carly answered my initial phone call to discuss my requirements, quote and delivery dates. Carly was friendly, professional, on point and extremely helpful, called me back immediately with queries that needed answering. Placed my order there and then with a delivery date that I had requested, the courier service that was used were great too. Online email updates, text messages on the deliver date confirming the day with a link to track the delivery. This was 100% accurate as the delivery arrived exactly on the minute that the given time suggested on the tracker. Highly recommend these guys, perfect customer service and delivery.

Waste of Time
Just a rubbish service.
Placed an order and paid £56.00 delivery. When it comes to the delivery there is no communication. I had call up on a few occasion to see if the order had been processed . On the 'delivery date' nothing was delivered, when I called I was told someone would call me back. Nobody calls you back. I have found that this happens on most calls. The delivery was re-arrange for the following week, when the delivery arrived, the order was not complete. Avoid using this website

Appalling service
Appalling service, four separate deliveries and still short on the goods , together with lack of communication to myself; Doubt if ill use you again and I'll be giving the thumbs down on social media for sure. Basically when you order packs which for example have 2 in a pack and you order 4, I am expecting 8 No sheets in total - NOT 4 in total.
I think your customer care and or order operators need re training - SHOCKING - AND I CANNOT FINISH THE JOB. £5,000.00 worth of goods ordered on 27/1/26 and still short on goods on 10th Feb 26

With regards to the order arriving in four separate deliveries, we are a drop ship company with most of the items we sell being sent to you directly from the supplier/manufacturer, therefore multiple deliveries do happen which is explained in our terms and conditions.

This was a repeat order for us
This was a repeat order for us. The item arrived quickly and as described. We were advised by text on the day of delivery with an delivery window of between 15:45–17:45, but the courier arrived earlier at 14:10, which wasn’t ideal. That said, he did follow my instruction (note on door) to leave the parcel with my neighbour, so it was still handled smoothly overall.
Our only real complaint is that the price has increased quite significantly since our last order in 2024.

poor delivery
I ordered mulitifoil insulation that was supposed to be delivered within 1-2 days.
Some of it was delivered within 2 days.
The rest arrived a week later
the foil tape i ordered never arrived
