very easy to apply for insurance. Will see how they do after my trip. Hopefully will not need to use any of the insurance coverage.

I want to say that I put in very basic information about tickets we purchased for a trip to AU. We have been very unhappy with 'trip insurance' complete ripoffs that pay nothing EVEN when nearly everything- including damaged and lost luggage occurred! The prompt brief description of coverage, immediate price quote, and upfront descriptions are refreshing. Insure and Go will be rated again as soon as we make our purchase decision!!

You need to provide a place for people who have taken a trip to review, not just one who has purchased a new policy.

I called 3 times to find a real person to talk to since their office closes at 6 PM eastern time, it is our time at 3 PM.
The communication between the representative and me was poor. I was hard to understand what she said. Even worse was she asked me which date I paid for my air tickets. How can I remember? I've never been asked this question before at previous 6 purchases. Why need this? I did not finish my second person's purchase since it took me a long time for myself's policy.
Later, I called the InsureMyTrip agent. The purchase was much smoother and easier. It only took me a short time to finish the another person's policy purchase. Their office opens to midnight.

I have used insure and go form the UK for over a decade for my travel insurance. This summer i moved to NY, so i need new insurance - but you don't provide the same type of cover and its more expensive! Multi-trip is great, i used to just pay every year for world wide everything and new i was in good hands. Please do this in the US as well!

My wife and I needed to cancel a trip due to an elderly family member being hospitalized. Thanks to InsureandGo we were able to recoup our non-refundable travel costs. It took us a while to submit the claim and a couple phone calls to the adjuster to confirm what was required. They answered the phone and replied to emails. Actually being able to talk to someone was very much appreciated. Our claim was reimbursed for the amount submitted with no hassle. Thanks!

Purchasing travel insurance on-line can sometimes be tricky, but it couldn't have been easier than with Insure and Go . Their website was easy to navigate and their rates quite fair. Recommended!

Easy, cheaper than competitors and quick with better coverages

Sasha was wonderful when purchasing a land, air and cruise policy. She was patient and answered all of my questions. While I hope to not have to use the policy, if I do, I hope to have the same great experience.

Insuremytrip.com is a fantastic place to go and get trip insurance. This policy in particular was not the most expensive, but was lacking in some basic coverages (like trip delay and terrorism cancelation or delay).
Just trying to get a quick policy before the trip.

No hassle, easy to understand. My 2nd trip to purchase insurance for but haven't had a claim so can only speak to ease of purchase.

The company has options to choose from which makes shopping for travel insurance much easier and customized.

I compared 30 plus plans. I am an insurance agent/broker and have stressed the importance of high limits to my clients over the years. Of the plans I reviewed only two offered $500,000 Emergency medical coverage. I was also looking for at least $500,000 Medical evacuation coverage. I don't buy insurance to cover the small stuff such as $500 for missing a connection or $2,000 for lost luggage. Neither will make or break my trip but a huge medical bill, should I be injured or get sick, would certainly ruin my day. The deciding factors to choose InsureandGo was the high limits of coverage provided for Emergency medical and Medical evacuation. Even though I do not have any major medical preexisting conditions I would have been willing to pay extra premium to waive the preexisting conditions exclusion. The transaction process was a breeze. It has taken me five times longer to write this review than it did to complete the transaction to buy the insurance.
