I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend Insure Taxi or now Brown and Brown to anybody I like.

They don't value long-term customers
They are by far not the cheapest and will take advantage of you at any moment they can.

I have been with insuretaxi for quite a few years now and Amanda Bailey once again sorted the next years quote with expert efficiency,very helpfull,full of knowledge and explained everything in great detail and once again I am very happy with the product

Received a quote so I took out insurance however I was incorrectly quoted by around £600, I was also within the cooling off period so I requested to cancel and request a refund. I was then told I would have to pay the £200 plus discount I negotiated, after speaking to a manager this was reversed. I am now being told after 32 days of waiting the refund will take between 45 to 60 days!
I'll let you make you mind up on how confident you would be in this company in the event of a claim.

Good insurance company cheaper than other companies for taxi insurance I have been with insure company for past 3 Years and had quotations from other companies for taxi but insure insurance company is the best and cheapest thanks

Had a great experience of working with Steve and Paul who got the policy over the finish line. Friendly, professional, and super helpful and clear. Answered all of our questions and got us a cheaper policy than originally quoted! Great service all round.

Ryan has been very helpful and informative and they've managed to beat my renewal quote on both my car and minibus taxi policy's.

He made me aware of other extras I may want and their prices but wasn't pushy in trying to sell me anything more.
