The Agent i spoke to Amanda Bailey was absolutely amazing!! So helpful, informative, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. I can't thank her enough!! Even though the company that they sort the insurance out for let me down terribly and am very disappointed with. If it wasn't for Amanda's service I most definitely would of looked elsewhere before thinking about staying. She managed to get me the same price as I was paying last year!! She went above and beyond and will always appreciate the effort she put in. Thank you so much.

Very friendly and polite answered all my questions and explained everything.

I called the insurance company up and they answered straight away. I was met on the phone with Jamie Hind who was friendly, clear speaking and patient with me throughout our call. I was able to take out a policy that I was happy with and managed to get a discount on my policy aswell. A lot of my family and friends get their insurance through this company so I knew from the get go they’d be able to help me out. But the level of service I received was more than outstanding. Highly recommended these guys. And a big thank you to Jamie who helped me and sorted all my documents straight away.

I've had no problems with insure taxi and my latest renewal was made very easy with the helpful Lauren who dealt with my renewal.

From start to finish excellent , friendly , no fuss and quick which is what i like.

I’ve used Insure for a number of years for my business. it is difficult, in-fact rare to find a company where every member of staff is actually a pleasure to speak to. They have time to discuss and they do make every effort to assist you above and beyond.

Very bad company, not honest and not clear with the taxi insurance cover. You are not covered to take goods, shopping, parcels and food. Even if you take a passenger to the airport, the luggage and belongings are not covered. You can't even deliver a letter, printer paper, car parts and no public liability. You get charged for the above mentioned extra. Insure taxi charged me £1365 for 1 year which I paid in full, after 6 months and 22 I decided to change with another insurance that will cover my car, passengers and their luggage, goods,
shopping and food(takeaway) and public liability. I had a refund of £341 instead of £565. this is their excuse for ripping me off of my hard earned money: minus administration fees and part discount reclaimed back total £224 without a final itemised receipt, bearing in mind that i had a long wait of 60 days. Insure taxi staff think that is normal to keep your money for 2 month without getting charged interest. All the time I've dealt witth the staff, they gave me the feeling that they want to get rid of me rather then solve the problem. I acted with good faith but I was ripped off and left very bitter about how I was treated.( I must acknowledge and congratulate "Martin" on 27/06/2025, I appreciate very much the help he gave me to recover the money.
