Do NOT order from this company ! I found the same thing at 1/2 the price on another site. I tried to cancel my on-line order within a few hours of placing the order. They refused to cancel ( the order hasn't even shipped ). They were uncooperative about everything ; I have filed a dispute with both Paypal and Amex. Don't put yourself through the torture of dealing with them :(

i’m livid. my favorite stuffy (a purple hippo) now has a hole the size of my fist in the back of its head. i just got it a couple months ago & i did literally nothing for this to happen. this is the second stuffy ive bought from warmies & i wont be going back. incredibly disappointed, especially when you pay 30$ for a stuffed animal, i expect it to last longer than a couple months.

My experience has been very positive in purchasing from warmies. They smell good and have lasted me ages- I prefer them to normal heat packs. I got the dinosaur and the watermelon and both are excellent quality.

Arrived with a big hole in the back of the sad lion. The beads were falling out. This was not shipping damage.
I tried to send customer contact and the "send button" was grayed. I then tried the contact bot and was told I needed to provide more information, but it gave me no way to provide that additional information. I then sent an email detailing the issue. I then got a response "how can we help you?" Now, I cannot get any help. In my email, I wrote that the lion was just stuffed face down in the box, and maybe a little tissue with a corporate logo sticker would have made it look nicer. I got a response that they do not use plastic bags. That tells me that customer service is just an AI program.
Now I am stuck with a defective and empty product, and they are not standing by their product. This was a gift, and now I need to go out and find something else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Spoke with customer service. TERRIBLE! Very rude. The representative hung up on me after saying she couldn’t help. We’ve spent way too much money here to be treated like that. Absolutely do not recommend. We love the products but super disappointed in the help we received.

I had issue with my product that I received. And emailed warmies. Their customer service was fantastic and sent me a replacement that i received next day. Fantastic company really happy

The warmie is very sweet, but had been thrown in a box...not wrapped up...I was going to give it as a present.....but not sure it hasn't been used by someone else and returned. Also, after reading the warnings, I wouldn't put this near a baby or child!

Received a warmie for our son for Christmas from a relative. It has had three nights use and has split sending seeds everywhere and leaving a 2 yr old devastated.

I bought a wrap and slippers for my partner, 2 daughters, and 2 granddaughters for Christmas.
They love them...
(I bought from here a few years ago and remembered how much I love them.)

Order boot slippers normal slippers and a hot water bottle shape warmie, after being satisfied for a week the slippers smell like chicken gravy 🤷‍♂️😂 nothing keeps its heat for long and they asked for a review and they've not published it 😂 don't buy unless your not intending on warming em 😁 functional as just a furry item 🤷‍♂️

They never shipped my order until I contacted them a month later, then they shipped a partial order with items crossed out on the packing slip but included on the online receipts. Received the partial order today even though I originally ordered on 11/28. They are either scammy or completely incompetent.

One I don't love that I can't find how to leave a review on their actual website. But I purchased during the buy 2 get one free sale for black friday. ( got 2 for my kiddos and one for their cousin )I want to love the product and my 4 year old wants to love the product but he can't stand the smell of the "french lavender" and unfortunately they don't sell unscented options. Plus I'm a girl who loves the smell of good real lavender but even I can't stand the smell. It's over powering and smells artificial to me. My son got the black lab and my daughter got the frog and honestly they both smell different as well. My daughters smells more musty/ moldy smelling to me while my son's smells like artificial perfume. I love the idea but honestly won't be referring them and will be looking for something similar for my kiddos with a company that has unscented options.

It's Christmas and I'm bothering to write this negative review, which should speak volumes. I purchased three pairs of the slippers for my daughters and they are an absolute waste of my money. The slippers are ill fitting and useless in my opinion. I dont find the slippers indulgent - they are wasteful.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My wife ordered some on 11/11/23. Never received them as of 12/18/23. Can't contract anyone from this company. I think they are scamming us.

I ordered the cutest warmie shark for a christmas present. I received notice from Warmies that it was delivered Sunday. It was not. I tracked the order thru UPS and they say a label was created but no further info. I've reached out many times and ways this week to Warmies to inquire as to the location/status of the order to no avail. This is very poor customer service

I ordered two Calico Cats and a Brown Bear for my grandchildren. They are absolutely adorable! I was more than happy with the quality of them. The light, lavender scent is just perfect as well, not too strong for little ones!
I will definitely order from Warmies in the future!

Love the Warmie I received it today. The package showed that this company doesn't care about appearance when opening box. Just the Warmie in a box. ..no tissue paper or packing supply of any kind.

I bought this at my local Christmas Market at an official warmies stand so I don't gave experience ordering one

But I got the small size white fluffy llama
Online it's cheaper but the blue ball on its head came off good quality really warm I don't know how many wats my microwave is but it says 40 second I think it's better on 1 min 30 secs

Also it smells a bit weird after microwaveing it sort of pastry smell i mask the smell with essential oils

Nice and soft warmie toys - but one arrived with a hole so the seeds inside leaked out!
